We had a nice stay, although the mattress is in poor condition, the duvet is not hot enough because the nights were cool even if the heater worked it was poorly maintained and the air of the heater was full of dust mites impossible to use for me who is asthmatic. Which is also a shame the apartment is always in the shade which does not have an asset for the holidays in April May . Maria was responsive to my requests except for the blanket and vacuum cleaner I never had and really missed it for the 3 weeks of vacation.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Is a top location with everything within walking distance: boulevard, restaurants, supermarket. And Maria is great host! Responds instantly and takes immediate action on questions or an issue. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Calpe's apartment is very nice, just like the photos. The best part are the views and its convenient location. It has a good swimming pool and parking. Good wifi and AA cooling. As a constructive criticism I would say the bed is very soft and the pillows very thin. Also that it would be good to add to the appliances: an electric pitcher so you can easily heat water and consume infusions. As for communication with the Host, it was always very good and accessible.

All phenomenal, they even allowed us to check out later than indicated. We loved the apartment, although the bed is a small thing for two people. It's the only thing we'd improve.

Property Manager Terms

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
