Absolutely beautiful... I could sit there all day and relax both inside the house and definitely outside the house... the views from the outside are so beautiful and peaceful... it was just a shame this was a working weekend for us and we only really used the place to sleep. Everything was wonderful, both rooms were en-suit so that was brilliant and the most wonderful massive, soft bath towels... I really want to go again, just for a bit of rest, sit outside reading with a big mug of tea... so pleased I found it :-)

It is explained in the listing, but I didn’t see it, the swimming pool is closed during winter. I saw ‘heated pool’ at the start and assumed it was open , otherwise why would they heat it up in the summer. This was my only negative part of renting this place. When I brought it up I was directed to the part in the listing where it clearly says it is closed for the winter, but it’s not in an obvious part of the description. My bad for not reading everything in detail. Don’t don’t do the same. Other than that, amazing place.

The Airbnb was characterful, spacious, clean and cosy. Lots to do in the area including beautiful countryside walks, good pub food and historic sites. Responsive, flexible and friendly host, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great little airbnb to relax and unwind in. Not too far to town and surrounded by some of the best countryside in West Sussex. Would highly recommend for short stays.

A truly beautiful barn in an idyllic setting. Stylishly and lovingly furnished. Everything you need for a great base! We were lucky enough to use the stunning pool for a day too! Thank you for a lovely stay! Small thing worth noting - The barn is directly on the road, although quiet and hardly and cars, could affect light sleepers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful barn set in private peaceful surroundings. The pool was wonderful which our son enjoyed. The owners were very nice and understanding of our adult son needs who has severe autism. The local steam railway is highly recommended and plenty of local places to visit. We would definitely love to return. Michelle was great with regular communication throughout the booking process and very friendly. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful countryside.

We had an absolutely amazing short break. I would highly recommend to everyone, couples and families. Michelle was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We would most definitely like to revisit and the kids loved the pool. 5 star ⭐️

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

In general the owners were nice and understanding.But unfortunately, I had checked multiple times about the use of pool during our stay as it was the reason for the booking and once we got there, we weren’t permitted to use the pool. We talked to the owners and they allowed us to use the pool on the second day. There are instructions on which areas of the property guests are allowed to wander and enjoy so I’d recommend carefully reading every detail of the instructions. We were accused of not respecting the rules which was very disrespectful and unfortunate. I would not recommend taking your pets as they need to be on leash outside the property and would not be able to enjoy the outside area much (even though there’s a fee to be paid for pets).Dishes and kettles and etc were not clean and we had to wash before we used them but unfortunately in the end were accused of staining and damaging a table which we did not.All in all it was a fair stay. The owners were understanding.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Being able to stay at the Barn for the weekend was exactly what we needed to get away from the routine of work and school. To rest in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy family time, priceless! We were welcomed by the hosts and had our needs catered for. We loved the cosy, light space of the barn. Ustalising the kitchen and living area to eat and rest. Removing technology, we found out my 10yr old son has a knack for chess after playing on the one provided in the Barn! Now thats on his Christmas list. Meeting the sheep and chickens in the farm was wonderful. Many memories made in a very short space of time. So much so, my children have asked when we are going back! We are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Beautiful rural surroundings with a very pleasant host, handsome converted barn, everything you need to enjoy carefree. TIP : Edit location on Google Maps and clearly indicate in the listing that the displayed location on navigation & maps is incorrect. It's 1/4 mile further and on the other side of road

Beautiful barn in a stunning setting. You have access to the fields behind so if you come with your pet you can walk them there and it’s really spacious. Ample parking. Barn is decorated beautifully and the open beams give so much character. Kitchen amenities are excellent and living room/ dining space is lovely. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are fantastic with a little cubby hole under the stairs for either studying, gaming or a dressing table. Shower downstairs is superb. Upstairs bedroom is beautiful but in the summer it is very light due to early sunrise and late sundown, however the hosts provide eye masks. The only downside is the upstairs shower- it’s small (not an issue usually) but it is a rainshower so you are covered in water with nowhere to move out of the water so you need to keep turning it off. Overall, a great stay with friendly and helpful hosts.

A warm, cozy and very comfortable stay. We felt right at home. Everything is of high quality. Huluki team communicated regularly with us throughout from pre-check in and during our entire stay to ensure we have everything we need. The barn was beautifully presented and homely, with everything we needed. Huluki and her team were very responsive and helpful and the shower products they've added smell great! We did meet the owners who were lovely and friendly too. During our stay we did some long walks, ate at two of the restaurants recommended in the guidebook and visited Alexander House spa. Would highly recommend.

Really good management of the property - was easy to contact with any questions that I had. It was a surprise stay for my partner and they were more than friendly and understanding when it came to checking in, the barn was lovely and clean - would definitely go again in the summer to check out the pool😃

We had a great stay at Stoaches. The barn has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard and it provided a wonderful base for us to explore the area. The place is very well equipped, with comfortable beds and toiletries in the showers. Haluki was very responsive throughout our stay. All in all, highly recommended!
