Four serene bedrooms, thoughtfully designed with crisp linens and calming tones inspired by the Downs:

Bedroom 1 – King bed, feature fireplace & en-suite, sleep 2, located on the first floor

Bedroom 2 – Double bed, sleep 2, located on the first floor

Bedroom 3 – King bed with beautiful countryside views, sleep 2, located on the second floor

Bedroom 4 – Double bed overlooking the garden, sleep 2, located no the second floor


Bathrooms

Four bath/shower rooms offer plenty of convenience — including a luxurious steam shower with picture-perfect views on the top floor.

1. A family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and overhead shower (for in bath use only).

2. A ground floor shower room for convenience.

3. A further family bathroom with bath tub - the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the Downs

4. On the top floor a shower room featuring a steam shower and picture views of the South Downs.


Outdoor Spaces
