Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

I'm sorry, but that's a no. The accommodation was poorly maintained and very dirty. Dust everywhere, a bad smell in the flat, mould in the bathroom and stains on the towels!!! The bed is uncomfortable. Both my partner and I have terrible back pain after two nights there. I strongly advise against it. Convenient location, yes, but it is absolutely not worth the money spent. Among other things, I reported everything to the host (with photos showing dirt, dust, etc.) and I didn't even receive an apology, just a "thank you for your feedback" ………….

It was a very pleasant stay, a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to public transport and markets in the area. The house is very functional and was handed over to us very clean. As an improvement, I would just add a few dishcloths and sponges and detergent for washing a small amount of dishes by hand. There were also some liquid stains on the duvet, the origin of which I'd rather not even find out, but none of that stopped me from making the most of the space and what the area has to offer. Whenever you pass through Milan, you will have my full preference when choosing accommodation.

I’ve stayed for 3 nights at their place. The overall experience was terrible from getting key of the building to check-out. The flat was not clean even ants and bugs were everywhere. No decent staying. I totally regret to stay there and do not recommend someones. Location it’s plus but it’s not worth with these conditions.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
