This unit was a great place to stay for a few days, offering an amazing location just an elevator ride and a short walk to the beach. 🏝️ However, a few issues led to the 4-star rating. - The hot water was dangerously hot. A slight bump against the handle caused the water to become scalding, and the fixture itself became very hot due to the water running through it. We accidentally burned ourselves a few times. - The electric breakers tripped multiple times, shutting off the A/C, lights, and even the washing machine mid-cycle. The host provided instructions to avoid this (don’t set too low), but it didn’t solve the issue. - Host responsiveness could have been better. We requested extra toilet paper and had to wait over an hour (and a second text) to be informed that guests should supply their own. While they did eventually provide more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, it felt unusual compared to other Airbnb stays.

only downside...but really the only one was to understand where to find the key to the apartment when we arrived...knowing that there are 2 entrances...if we come back to Christophe, what we would like, there will be no problems..!!maybe to simplify

The apartment was very well situated beach front which was great and very important to us it had everything in the apartment you would need for a home from home, it did need some maintenance in places to smarten it up a bit, nicer bedding more decor and better mattress would be great. This said the apartment is well situated and has everything needed but to enhance the experience I would of appreciated a better mattress and little decorative touches to be updated to refresh this beautiful apartment and make it an even better wow experience

Property Manager Terms

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
