hi Cristophe, we had a lovely stay, great apartment but we did notice some overdue maintenance and a lot of rust on the white goods equipment. Furthermore, complete furnishings and a beautiful view. Missed some decoration on the long white wall. It was very bare and sterile. Despite the critical points we hope will be looked at, we will be happy to come back next year.

We stayed here for a month in December. The apartment has a nice view and patio to the beach, and is a great location for cycling, plus you can walk along the promenade/beach. You are about a 15 min walk to the big grocery stores (or very short drive). Most good restaurants and cafes are in downtown Calp which is a short drive, but there are several restaurants and bars along the boardwalk. The apartment has some sound issues as you could hear neighbors, though the building is quiet, it wasn’t disruptive into sleeping hours, just that you could hear neighbors. The power would occasionally go out if trying to run heat and washer at the same time, the owner was responsive to try and fix and it resolved it self initially but we still would off and on have the issue. Secured Parking is in the adjacent building which is really nice, if you have a large car it might be hard to park in the secure lot during peak season due to its tightness (we have VW multivan), but plenty of street prk

Clean and Great Location. Not much for amenities... used to having salt, pepper, oil, cleaning supplies etc. left from previous guests. We assumed that's not how it was done at this apartment and we took all our extra stuff with us too. Felt unlived in but served our purposes well. Local contact was friendly and accessible. Overall nice place to stay.

This unit was a great place to stay for a few days, offering an amazing location just an elevator ride and a short walk to the beach. 🏝️ However, a few issues led to the 4-star rating. - The hot water was dangerously hot. A slight bump against the handle caused the water to become scalding, and the fixture itself became very hot due to the water running through it. We accidentally burned ourselves a few times. - The electric breakers tripped multiple times, shutting off the A/C, lights, and even the washing machine mid-cycle. The host provided instructions to avoid this (don’t set too low), but it didn’t solve the issue. - Host responsiveness could have been better. We requested extra toilet paper and had to wait over an hour (and a second text) to be informed that guests should supply their own. While they did eventually provide more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, it felt unusual compared to other Airbnb stays.

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
