I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan. The location is excellent—close to public transport, including the bus station, and within easy reach of Milan Central Station. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made exploring the city very convenient. The apartment itself was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The aesthetics were lovely, and it felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The accommodation is very nice and modern, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and lots of appliances. We really liked the place. Getting in is easy. They should send the video on how to open the building or upload it where they show the video on how to open the flat. It's very simple once you learn how. I would recommend it again.

Wonderful once you’re inside the flat, was a great location for a week’s work but the area lacked a bit of personality. Close to the metro with good connections into the centre and popular tourist spots. Kitchen was well equipped and the flat was close to two supermarkets. Worth noting the flat is on the eighth floor, the lifts were fine. Very quiet in the evenings, we had no trouble sleeping in the comfortable bed. Great storage in the bedroom. The main inconvenience was getting in and out of the apartment building. You need to ensure you have a phone with good internet connection as you will use this to access the building and front door. I would recommend getting rid of this and using a keycard or key as it was tricky to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Most horrendous check in instructions most difficult check in of my life . Took an hour to get into my apartment ( in burning hot weather that I missed my paid activity ) as check in was only through the phone and there was a tech issue . Lock worked occasionally not always , had to try multiple times to get into the building and the apartment. Made my stay awful that too in the start. Despite listing AC in the amenities it wasn’t working . No cutlery was there had to bring my own. Awful awful awful communication . Nearest metro is 10 mins walk. Ruined my 2 days of Milan stay.

Nice flat with everything you need for a great stay in Milan. The underground being a 10-minute walk away is a plus. We had a problem with the hot water at the start of our stay, but the host helped us out quickly!

The host blamed us for destroying the sofa and made us pay an outrageous amount for a new one despite the fact that we did not damage anything during our stay. Never again... If you need new furniture, buy it with your own money and do not rip off the guests.

The house matches the photos, however there were some shortcomings: - No spoons or teaspoons are provided (so if you want to stir your coffee/tea in the morning, you must use a fork). - cutlery still wrapped - tiny forks (not even children eat with such small forks) - there are no scissors - There is no moka (a coffee machine is provided, with the filter even dirty, but capsules are not provided). - No cloth to dry your hands in the kitchen. - dirty glasses (not washed well) -dusty floor - there is no large mirror - there is no coat rack at the entrance Modern house, but it was missing some essential elements.

The floor corresponds to the description. The area is not very practical for visiting the city, although for us it was useful for a nearby event. There was a lot of noise from the works from 8 am, also at the weekend. The entrance to the building and the apartment was complicated: the video instructions are not up to date (for example, it indicates turning the lock to the opposite side). We contacted the company and they sent us another video, but we had already managed to get in. If you're late or in a hurry, it can be difficult. The fridge is very noisy and you can hear it even with the doors closed. The shower is also not well insulated and leaks so much water that it flooded the bathroom, although it did not affect the rest of the house.

It was a very clean and wonderful apartment. The security was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The parking lot is also locked, so you don't have to worry about car theft. I liked the large, well-equipped kitchen. I would definitely like to use it again when I travel to Milan next time.

The place was pretty good. They forgot to take out the rubbish from the previous tenants, but we understood that this was an oversight and we didn't give it much importance. The problem was the host's care for their tenants. The electricity went out in the apartment and after communicating it to the host, it took him 2 seconds to send us a video (which he had already prepared) in which he sent us to the basements of the building to raise the general of the apartment. After arguing with the host that I, as a tenant, did not have to do that work, I agreed to go down, but I found another problem and that is that the door to go down to the basement would not open. The solution is to wait until the next day for a technician to come or ask a neighbour to open the door for me, in short... to sort myself out... In the end we were without electricity all night, without dinner, without heating and without power to the electric lock to access the apartment. We moved to a new flat.

It was an amazing stay and the apartment is stunning exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was very well maintained and best part was the host was super responsive. It is a little walk to the metro station about 10 mins but the bus stop is just a few steps away. Its right opposite to the local market which is there every Wednesday or Thursday. It was a treat to witness the italian local roadside markets. Great stay overall ! Kudos!!

House was pretty, there is a metro station 5 minutes walking distance to the house and you can go anywhere with metro. duomo is about 20 minutes. the only thing is that there are very low amount of local people in the neighborhood. at night, you might not feel safe while walking to home from metro station. And one of the air conditioners has a problem, sometimes it works sometimes it dont. host was very perfect, very friendly and helpful. overall 4/5.

The apartment was well located for a city break. There was a bus stop right outside the door & the subway station was a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the planes were relatively loud. It is practical that the apartment has air conditioning and a lift. The parking lot was very convenient, but a bit complicated to park there.

Access to the accommodation is quite easy. We had a problem with the originally planned parking space, which was too small, it is only suitable for small city cars. The accommodation matches the description regarding the amenities. On the other hand, there was no pressure in the kitchen tap. The kitchen was not equipped with a sponge or a tea towel. On the other hand, we encountered problems in the bathroom: it is difficult to have hot water for showering and the shower door is not watertight, the water flows into the room. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the proximity of the metro. Thank you

We were given clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The apartment is clean and provides a great view of the city. The train station is only a 5-10 minute walk away and is a 20-minute train ride directly into the city centre. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Milan (there is also a fantastic pizzeria only 2 minutes away from the apartment).

It was great stay in this apartment. Everything provided in kitchen, livingroom and bedroom with balacony is comfortable. Car parking is provided by free. Only I have disappointed for the size of bathroom and the shower place is small. Bedroom need a mirror😁

A little complicated until you understand how the check-in works (you have to manually enter the number of the apartment on the door, then click open the door on the smartphone). There was then a different code for the door of the apartment. Apartment was very clean and nice and modernly furnished. Balcony with a view for this price good (we were on the 8th floor). The only point of criticism is the bed. I found it hard and uncomfortable. Rest was great and recommended.

We stayed for two nights. Had some trouble getting in at the beginning, but as soon as you did it and understood it worked very well. The parking lot was then shown to us by an older lady as I only had the car in the wrong place. Unfortunately, this is very narrow (if it were one at all) and the cars next door, but actually have enough space if they parked properly. First night was good, but the car didn't fit in for the second night. The first night was also very quiet, from the great location, but the second night was stormy, which was very audible and the wind partially pulled through the house. Unfortunately, this night was not so enjoyable. The apartment is relatively newly converted, but the house itself is quite old with the elevator. The apartment was very clean and small but nice for two people, friendly and uncomplicated hosts

Very nice flat, spacious and well furnished. Location is slightly far out of city centre but walking distance to metro. We had a small miscommunication about parking space, but host was quick to resolve and it is a secure space.
