- BALCONY accessible from the living room and bedroom;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUEST'S DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, split A/C (in the living room and bedroom), central heating, washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and private indoor parking space in the assigned courtyard.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The accommodation is very nice and modern, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and lots of appliances. We really liked the place. Getting in is easy. They should send the video on how to open the building or upload it where they show the video on how to open the flat. It's very simple once you learn how. I would recommend it again.

Wonderful once you’re inside the flat, was a great location for a week’s work but the area lacked a bit of personality. Close to the metro with good connections into the centre and popular tourist spots. Kitchen was well equipped and the flat was close to two supermarkets. Worth noting the flat is on the eighth floor, the lifts were fine. Very quiet in the evenings, we had no trouble sleeping in the comfortable bed. Great storage in the bedroom. The main inconvenience was getting in and out of the apartment building. You need to ensure you have a phone with good internet connection as you will use this to access the building and front door. I would recommend getting rid of this and using a keycard or key as it was tricky to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
