The accommodation is located in an excellent strategic position, just 100m from the "Brenta" stop of the yellow line of the M3 underground, just 5 stops away from Duomo! The area is full of services including the Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours a day (300m), a pharmacy open 24 hours a day in Corvetto and bars and restaurants serving Italian and ethnic cuisine.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:- LIVING ROOM with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and access to the BALCONY;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, moka, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, kitchenware and table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom I), washing machine (in the bathroom), central heating with thermovalves, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The essentials are taking a shower and sleeping. The room had been prepared for 2 people. I, the third guest, had no sheets or pillow (which I later got, but without a pillowcase), and the bed was not made. There wasn't even a toiletries set for me (which I later found in the bed compartment). I slept uncomfortably on the sofa (I didn't touch anything). The shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor (made of wood), so it was necessary to clean it immediately (without cloths). Dangerous microwave because it is damaged. Someone has burnt the outer door (as the micro is attached to the gas cooker). The hairdryer could not be used because there was no round plug socket (there was a power strip in the kitchen, but we didn't move it). The only positive thing was Miri, the guy who gave me the keys, because he was very kind and gave me "consolation" over the phone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and the location was convenient. The host was kind, easy to communicate with, and always responsive. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

The apartment is great! It is spacious, has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large, and the shower has a very strong jet. The hot water works in the shower. The kitchen is well stocked. Wi-Fi works very well. I used the Internet without difficulty. The place is close to a supermarket and the Brenta metro station. I used the underground to go everywhere. There are only a few stops to the Duomo. The only downside was that my time in Milan coincided with a hot air mass. The heat was intense and the air conditioning couldn't cool one of the rooms properly. There is only an air conditioning unit in one bedroom and in the living room. There isn't one in the other room. It is cooled by the appliance in the room. But, because of the unusually hot weather, that wasn't enough. However, as soon as the heat subsided, the air conditioning managed to cool the living room and the bedroom as well. Anyway, I really liked the property. I recommend it. It was worth it!

We are not able to check guests in after 11:00 pm. In the event of unauthorised use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. The accommodation is on the 6th floor with a lift; please note that there are steps to enter the building.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
