I wanted to give this stay 5 stars, but the initial check-in was not ideal. Long story short, the unit was not ready at check in due to an issue with keys and was also not clean once we resolved the key issue, causing further wait time. We did not check in until 3 hours later than expected. After all the issues, they did allow for a late check out to offset 2 of the 3 missed hours of our trip. The kitchen has basics items, but I recommend bringing some things like salt/pepper/oil as they do not provide them. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the walls are thin - I could hear the children next door crying at all hours but my husband was able to sleep through it. Aside from these manageable issues, it was a great spot for us to explore the various towns along the coast with convenient access to Fossa beach in Calpe and groceries nearby. Parking is included, but it is a tricky space, so the smaller the vehicle the better. The views from both terraces are amazing!

Very good apartment and close to Playa de la Fossa and necessary services (supermarkets, etc). Christophe excellent host who answered any questions very quickly and provided all the necessary information in advance to facilitate the stay and remove or clear any questions/concerns. Very nice apartment with two terraces that make there is a good air flow, a good pool and everything you need for a comfortable stay and that you can enjoy. A pleasure and I hope to be back again next year!

in our opinion too expensive , considering the low season and modest accommodation. the agency that manages the keys did not even respond to calls having had difficulty finding the apartment. despite everything, I gave it 4 stars to be comfortable and comfortable in the apartment.

Great apartment. It is located really close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets at the exit of the residence. The apartment is very spacious, welcoming, clean, comfortable. It has everything you need in the apartment to spend the holidays. We were able to enjoy the building pools. They are well maintained , lots of sun loungers.

Property Manager Terms

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
