50 sqm studio apartment in the heart of Bergamo, located in Piazzetta di Santo Spirito. Situated on the third floor with a elevator that leads directly into the apartment, it accommodates up to 3 guests. Set within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), it offers all the comforts for a practical and relaxing stay. Its central location allows you to easily walk to the city’s main shops, restaurants, and historical attractions, fully experiencing Bergamo’s authentic atmosphere.
KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, Raised table with stools, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
LIVING AREA with sofa, two armchairs, and TV;
SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, Single folding bed, air conditioning via split unit, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: there is one step at the building’s entrance.
The elevator leads directly into the apartment. Alternatively, there is another entrance via the stairs (with a step at the door).
The dining table chairs are fairly high stools.
Please be advised that the apartment is located in a ZTL (restricted traffic area) – it is not possible to access the building by car.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The location was perfect—just a short walk to both Città Alta and the city center, which made exploring super easy. The neighborhood had a lovely local feel, and I really appreciated being able to experience the area like a resident rather than a tourist. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
