The accommodation is composed as follows:-LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and moka;
-BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
-BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: iron and ironing board, heating, drying rack, hair dryer.
NO WIFI and washing machine.
We would like to point out that with the new opening of the M4 from Linate to San Babila, it is easier and faster to reach the house from the airport.

Overall, we had a good stay and felt the apartment offered good value for money. It was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed provided. The location was convenient, with a metro station about a 5-minute walk away. There are a few areas for improvement. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbors was very noticeable, and there was loud construction noise from the apartment above us early in the mornings. We also had some issues with the self check-in system. Initially, we only had access via a web link for the main door, which did not always work—once leaving us unable to enter late at night in the rain. A physical key from the start would have been more reliable. Additionally, the apartment door (PIN system) was sometimes difficult to open. Overall, aside from these points, we were satisfied with our stay.

TERRIBLE Check-in at 8pm. They send links for remote access to the front door and the smart flat lock. It’s a pity that it wasn’t possible to open the front door remotely. I message support (which is available until 10 pm – thankfully it was 8 pm) and they send me a video of a key box to open in order to find the front door key. I open the key box and find a loose key that isn’t even a perfect duplicate. I open the door, handling it a bit. I am told that the listing specified that there was no Wi-Fi. Guest Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi for apps to manage the home remotely are two separate things.... I arrived at the front door, and I was left holding the smart lock, which had not been secured from the inside. In the end, I manage to get in. I find a coat in the hall, and the house has a dusty floor and has been cleaned only superficially. Check-out is at 11:00. I can’t close the smart lock because they’ve changed the access code. Terrible experience.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
