We have been in Calpe in holiday apartments 1 to 3 times every year for 7 years. The apartment is "Spanish standard" compared to the other apartments. The view of the sea and the beach as well as the location is absolutely top! The apartment itself is mediocre. A typical, commercially operated apartment. The apartment and furniture are completely worn out but functional. The beds are not for the discerning; but they are ok for small and slim people to sleep in. If you are not demanding, you can spend a beautiful beach holiday in this apartment. What shocked us were the bugs in the kitchen, which came out of the broken silicone joints. There was no response to a note to the landlord. What is also to be assessed as very negative is the ridiculously small car box in the underground car park. Unless you have a small car, parking in the garage is not possible. Check-in on Sunday is ridiculous. The key must be picked up at the other end in Calpe.

Pros: The views from the living room balcony and the bedroom upstairs were fantastic. Location was great as far as being able to go downstairs on the elevator and walk out towards the beach and all the restaurants. Also close to a large grocery store, which is great. FYI: we didn’t really pay close attention to the directions when we parked our car in the garage. So make sure you go up one floor and the stairs from the garage and then outside and then take the elevator on door number one upstairs to the apartment. Cons: if you have a car, it’s very difficult to get out of the garage if you have to leave the keys in the room. Especially since the keys have the remote for the garage door to get out. Parking is very very tight and a little difficult. Luckily, there was an open garage at the end, and I was able to turn around and then back into the parking spot.

Apartment ideally located in Calp opposite the sea with a great view! Very spacious and clean inside, we also enjoyed the terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility! The pool is very good for children but it is a pity that the deckchairs were not self-service (maybe because of the hygiene measures related to Covid...If there were a small downside to give, it would be related to the parking space which was not easy to access. Thank you

Property Manager Terms
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
