Nice 55 sqm apartment located on the basement floor of a building without an elevator (steps to access it) and able to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, in an area well served by public transport and much appreciated for the possibility of staying in a quiet area of Milan while being in the historic center!
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The space
The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed opening in 2 single beds, dining table, wardrobe and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, ceiling heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), clothesline, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all building types.
Winter: The weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15 to April 15.

N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

- For check-in after the scheduled times, the following surcharges are required:

A nice location where you can get to the station from the boot. There are bus and tram stops nearby. Safe neighborhood.

It was a great experience to stay at this place. Great host. Highly recommend for Travellers. Quite neighborhood with plenty of Restaurants, Cafe's close by and very close to Central Station. overall a very good experience.
