We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It felt very private and homely from the moment we arrived, and overall everything was great. There is even a small balcony where you can sit outside in the evening, which was lovely. A small outdoor light would be a nice addition, though, as it gets quite dark in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped, although I would have appreciated some basic spices and seasonings. A dm and a grocery store are both less than a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The only downside was the air conditioning. It worked, but especially in the two bedrooms, we could hardly feel it. Even when set to 16°C, it never seemed to actually reach that temperature. Apart from that, it is a very lovely apartment and we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment itself is pleasant, with a large living room, a balcony, two well-separated bedrooms with quality bedding, a bathroom with a toilet and bidet, and a second toilet with a washbasin. It is in a quiet area with good public transport links. Its weak point is its equipment, which needs to be serviced or even replaced: the gas cooker has 4 rings, but only one can be used; the air conditioning in the living room is acceptable, but that in the bedrooms is no cooler than a (small) fan; the washing machine blows a fuse; the television is obviously not connected to the network. When we arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn't working and there was no hot water. The agency that rents this apartment was responsive: the Wi-Fi problem was resolved, and the hot water problem was partially resolved. But nothing could be done about the other problems. What a shame.

Clean, well located (M4 and M2 + Tram), quiet. Super comfortable and clean rooms and beds with air conditioning (including 1 with blinds and mosquito nets 👍) 1 full bathroom with shower (⚠️ a bit tricky to get hot water with enough pressure) + a toilet with hand basin (practical when there are lots of people!). The rest of the flat is clean but the decor is a bit dated, which is a bit of a shame. It's nice to have a balcony, even if the view is nothing special. When you walk through the flat, it's easy to create a draft to ventilate and cool the flat. It's very pleasant. In conclusion, I would go back without hesitation.

It was a good apartment. Location, communication with the host was perfect. The area is calm, close to the city centre by metro. Apartment is big and light. The beds were comfortable. We were a bit confused by the check-in and check-out system. There were no coffee machine or a little amount of coffee to use the moka coffee maker.
