Very nice apartment in a very good location and clean. On the other hand, access is not clear. They give you a web page with instructions and a video that you have to follow to the letter, but in the end neither the video nor the instructions on the page match. It was really not very good. It took an hour or more to get into the accommodation, all that just to get the key from a box two streets away! Apart from that, everything went very well. The accommodation was perfect.

Excellent location, very close to the Arco della Pace. The apartment itself leaves a bit to be desired. We found the coffee table, the edge of the bed and the storage bench stained, as well as dust and cobwebs. Check-in was a bit problematic; the feature to open the door with the phone didn't work, and we also had a bit of difficulty with the code.

Good area and location. The downside is that the locking system is very difficult and old. Needs to be replaced. Sometimes the code didn't work and you had to wait a very long time outside to try again after 5 minutes, and even then the code was wrong even though I entered it correctly.

Everything was great: the apartment and the location in the neighbourhood. I would definitely come back. The only thing I would change is that the key lock where the building key is located is two blocks away, and we had to go there with our suitcases, which was really inconvenient.

Everything was fine, except for the lock, which was difficult to open – you enter the password, but you have to turn it a few times for it to work. Everything else was great. The air conditioning works, the rooms are spacious, and there is peace and privacy in the condominium. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation, which is ideal for two people.

Good location close to a park and restaurants - and within walking distance of lovely Brera. The flat was really difficult to get into - we had been sent a completely wrong video, so we were looking for the key in the wrong place. However, Hosten was quick to help. The door has a long door code, so you always need to have power on your phone so you can see the code and get in. We were aware that there was a 'possibility of dust and noise' - but not to the extent we experienced! On the very days we were in the apartment, new paving stones were laid right outside our door. There was noise every day, and the flat shook. I just think we were unlucky ^^ and the tiles were finished when we were about to return to Denmark.

location was great. AC was great. full sized kitchen fridge was great! the team was quick to respond when we had issues. otherwise, we were not happy with the check in process. the key was not where we were told it would be and we waited for almost an hour in the rain to get a new key area, which was about two blocks away. the shower was moldy and one of the curtains was moldy. there were a few areas in the apartment that were dirty/dusty. the pull out couch did not have sheets on it so we had to make it ourselves. if we are paying this much for accommodations we would like this to be done beforehand. the door handle was broken/came out of it's socket, although they offered to have someone come fix it, we said no due to not wanting someone to enter the apartment for safety reasons during our stay. I did inform the team of these issues at check out also due to safety reasons for not wanting someone to enter the space.

Incredible location. The apartment is steps from Arco della Pace and the park, which made mornings runs a good start of the day. There is even a run club at the nearby running store. Brera is a great neighborhood. The Pinacoteca, osterias, ristorantes, coffee bars are all walkable. I mostly used the apartment to sleep, but the kitchen was well equipped and had everything. There was even a Bialetti for espresso, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Lovely place at an even better location! Easy access to public transport, close to China Town (a massive perk if you are a fan of Asian cuisine), right next to a huge park surrounded by quality restaurants and small shops. Would love to visit again!

The location of the flat is excellent – very conveniently situated and easy for getting around the area. The flat is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bed is not entirely comfortable, but you can still get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, everything was great: the shower is fantastic, and overall the flat is very well equipped. All in all a great place to stay.

The house was clean and the location was great, but the check-in process was very complicated. The worst part was that it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep until morning. The upstairs was noisy all night, and the bathroom drain didn’t work properly. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling.

The apartment overall was good but I had a terrible experience! I had a late check-in; 23:30. When I entered the apartment, I found that there was no electricity. It was too late at night and even though I wrote to them, there was no response (this is a team-managed apartment and they answered only from 09:00 - 22:00). It was very late, I was tired and it was too cold. Fortunately, the Airbnb Customer Support suggested I should look for a hotel which they reimbursed. It was the middle of the night and I was lucky enough to find a hotel with only one last room available. Tomorrow morning, the apartment team answered with a video showing the main building’s main electrical panel. They didn’t even say sorry. I went back to the apartment and followed the video’s instructions but without any success. The panel was up but still no electricity. They told me to wait because the owner was not responding. After a couple of hours (I had to write to them multiple times for updates) they fixed it.

The accommodation is in a great location, with a metro station within walking distance and several nice neighborhoods nearby. When we arrived, it was quite cold, and the only heating available was the air conditioning unit. Although it did warm up eventually, it wasn’t as comfortable as a traditional heater. There was a washing machine provided, but no laundry detergent, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the link to open the door didn’t always work, though the access code worked fine as an alternative. Communication with the host was fast and responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend this accommodation to others!

When I entered the accommodation I found the house dirty: very stuffy air (hard to breathe), dust everywhere, mold on the walls, doors, blinds, etc. We had to clean: we swept, mopped, we had to buy new cleaning products (the host did not provide anything useful), we dusted and washed the dishes. The accommodation seemed to have not been inhabited or cleaned for days, although we had to wait until 3 pm for check-in, not being able to leave our luggage there at least. The room felt warm only after a day and a half of having the air conditioning on. Also, the smell of musty air in the house and mold passed only after 2 days of accommodation, plus open window at each exit from the apartment. On the other hand, the accommodation is in a very good area, it looks like in the pictures, modernly decorated. We paid too much for what we were offered. I do not recommend this accommodation. The host's priority does not seem to be the customer's comfort, but to cut corners to get money!

Stayed 4 nights around Christmas with a friend. The location was perfect and really fantastic for this price! There were a few minor flaws, but nothing serious. The apartment might not have been to everyone's cleaning standards, but for this price it was a gem! Enjoy the holiday!

The accommodation is well situated. On the other hand, I have never stayed in such a dirty place. The bathroom was in a deplorable state: blackened joints, water that did not drain properly... The dust had obviously not been done for months and the floor had not even been swept. Only clean towels were placed on the bed. When I asked for a solution to be found, I was told that there was a strike in Italy and that we had to wait until the next day. So I had to buy household products myself to clean the accommodation, since none were provided. In addition, the only heating in the accommodation was in the bathroom. In the other rooms, there was only one air conditioning that did not work in heating mode. The host was responsive at first, but stopped responding as soon as I asked for a commercial gesture in view of the condition of the accommodation. I was then forced to contact Vinted support.

Amazing location! Near trains, the park, tons of restaurants and easy access to all areas within the city. Studio apartment with nice kitchen for those that like to cook. Limited supplies like oil, salt/pepper, kitchen hand towels but we made it work. Had a nice stay and would definitely stay again.

The unit is great. Two things didnt work for us: The wifi didnt work and although asked them with urgency to fix it as had work to get done, they didnt manage to do this in the 6 days we were there. This was very dissatisfying. The other thing: You need to pick up the key from a key box a block away and then you need data to check in as is all done though app. We had to buy data especially for this reason. It felt very not practical.... and took a while at the first day to figure it out. As we had a key from the front gate anyway... why not have a key for the door to the apartment as well? The apartment was great though and very clean, well kitted out kitchen and laundry. Great location.

Stayed a few nights here. Excellent location 50m to Arco Della Pace. Pristine apartment, nice luxorious design touches and colors. Everything high quality and nicely designed. At the moment of stay there was renovation in the inner courtyeard in front of the apartment so some noise and worker traffic, not much. Host very responsive. Really nice place, would stay again.

The flat itself was very nice, though smaller than I expected from the photos. It was plenty big enough for the three of us, though, and the host was extremely helpful in preparing the foldout beds for us. She also gave us very clear check-in and check-out instructions and responded quickly when we asked questions. My problem with this stay was that it is not in a convenient location. It is very hard to travel throughout the Lake Como area, and being so far from the center of Bellagio on such unwalkable roads makes it so much worse, particularly since we had to wait an hour for a taxi after the buses shut down for the night. Yet, for the price, this was acceptable.

We were handed the dirty apartment; uncleaned dishes, dirty bathroom and haired sheets. Despite letting the host know about the issues, they did absolutely nothing. The place is noisy, you can't rest in the evenings. Check-in is complicated because they do not tell in time the place to go to pick up the keys.

Very nice apartment representing great value for money. I was in Milan for just two nights while working at an events venue close by. The apartment has a number of great restaurants and bars on its doorstep (the Greek restaurant especially). Good location with Lanza metro station a short walk away through the park. The apartment was very spacious with a great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great communication from the host during check in and check out too. Highly recommended :)

A well situated flat, the neighborhood is perfect for a few days vacation with lot of restaurants, some less than 5 meters away ! Every nice part of Milano are accessible on foot or with public transportation. There is a lot of small noise inside the flat (AC/neighbourg/electric equipement from other flat) but nothing to bothering. The kitchen is well equiped should you decide to cook.

Communication with the manager was straightforward, and the apartment was clean. However, we had trouble checking in as the front door could not be opened via the web controller and I had to get a security key first. After about 10 minutes of showering, hot water was unfortunately no longer available in the evening. In addition, we found that the outside wall was heavily moldy, which forced us to leave the apartment on the second day, as it was not possible for us to remain under these circumstances.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The accommodation is very spacious and very well equipped. It is located in a secure building and access is by a code to enter it is very easy. The accommodation is close to public transport that allows you to reach the city center quickly. We would highly recommend!

Great accommodation and great location. Very fortunate to be able to walk a short 30mins into Milan centre, via Sforza Castle and Sampione park. There are many restaurants and cafes around the area and we highly recommend Matilde's for some great pasta. Instructions were very clear and the videos which accompanied the check-in process were really helpful. The option of air-conditioning was a great touch. There was lots of storage (if needed) and lots of necessities to help your stay (i.e. iron, hairdryer). The reason for not a 5 star review was that we were unable to use the TV as no channels were found, the sofa wasn't too comfy, I found the back of an earring on the floor (which wasn't mine) and there is currently construction ongoing outside the property. I was aware of this due to the photos on the advert, but I do not remember reading it. Quite a shame but would be much better once construction finished and light would get in.

Uncommunicable at the beginning of the reservation, expecting late responses. During this time that I was, they had to communicate that in the courtyard there are works , scaffolding on the wall and windows and the apartment is on the ground floor, dust , concrete and loud noises from 7 am to 7 pm, you practically have the workers almost in the house and you do not sleep ! At least notify the customer of the possible inconvenience.

Excellent accommodation, a privileged location, a lot of comfort to the self check-in, the place quite spacious and comfortable, you can see that it has been newly remodeled, everything working perfectly. Only details were missing a couple of sheets and extra cover since it is washed for 2 people and you can hear the noises and steps of the upstairs floor, but something of little importance for the good accommodation that is this, highly recommended.
