Cozy apartment of about 50 square meters located on the first floor of a building without a lift, able to accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located just two minutes walk from the "S. Agostino" metro stop (green line) and 12 minutes walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, one of the most emblematic monuments of Milan, located in Piazza San Lorenzo.
The apartment consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, armchair, walk-in closet and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with bathtub-shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- LIVING ROOM with armchair-bed (for one person), armchair, TV and table with chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, moka, kitchenware and wine glasses.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is NOT equipped with air conditioning; however, a portable fan is available.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs. In addition, there are steps to access the building.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The following surcharge is required for check beyond the scheduled time:
- A supplement of 25 euros is required after 9:30 pm until 11:00 pm;
- a surcharge of 30 euros is required for check-in from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;
- a surcharge of 40 euros is required for check-in from 00:00 to 1:30;

The location of the flat is perfect, and it has everything your heart could desire. However, the bed is quite worn out and uncomfortable. The flat is also quite noisy. However, I would still recommend it to anyone and would come back again and again. Otherwise, everything was great.
