The apartment was in perfect condition, very large and clean. The area is quiet and very well connected by tram and metro, which take you to the centre. The staff respond immediately and are very friendly. They gave us several recommendations for eating out!

A decidedly disappointing stay in several respects. The air conditioning was completely inoperative, an unbearable situation in the middle of summer. The cleaning left something to be desired: the floor was dirty (white socks turned black after a few steps). In the bathroom, both the door and the shower were broken. For a family with a child and a baby, the experience was even more complicated: the lift is not at all suitable as the pushchairs do not fit, a fundamental detail not indicated in the advertisement. To top it all off, it was impossible to rest due to the noise from the street and the neighbours with their TV on loud until late at night, and there was no attention paid to basic amenities (no water in the fridge or paper towels in the kitchen). Structure absolutely not recommended.

Great place because you have McCafe and 24/7 Carrefour. The Airbnb looked like in the pictures. only downside is that you have to pay for late check-in (could have put the box outside).

The check-in was definitely ruined by the young guy who checked us in. We had an earlier flight, so we were in Milan by 11. I asked for early check-in, and they immediately refused. You were an hour late for our check-in at 3 pm. First, it was supposed to be at 3:20 pm, then he called and said that if the neighbours opened the gate, he could let us in, so for the next 30-40 minutes we stood outside in the direct sun, hoping that the host would finally show up. Then he arrived on a scooter... I'm speechless. The street is quite noisy, but it's close to a park with a nice castle. Generally well-connected location. The furniture in the flat is already very worn, especially the sofa and all the doors. Watch out for the rigid window blinds; they fall off. The bed is very soft. Watch out for the shower, it unscrews and is broken. I burned myself. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and the oven works well. There is a dishwasher.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay as the flat was tidy and conveniently located for both the supermarket and public transport. The only criticism is the noise in the flat, as you could hear the neighbours' voices and their TVs on, and the tram that passes directly in front of the house is really loud (if you don't have sleep problems like I do, it's not such a big problem)

Honestly, the apartment is not worth the rental price. There is an extra charge for late arrival, which raises the question — what exactly is this fee for? I had already completed the full check-in process before arriving. We were met by a staff member who escorted us to the apartment, but this provided no real benefit. A fully self-service check-in with clear instructions would be much more convenient. The apartment clearly needs renovation and updating. The floors were very dirty — after walking between rooms, the soles of our feet turned black. We also found quite a lot of someone else’s hair on the bed. The kitchen requires thorough cleaning as well — the tiles were stained and dirty. The sofa in the living room was worn out and unclean. The flat was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. It is also quite large and well cut. The location was particularly convenient: you can get to the city centre and Milan Cathedral in 15–20 minutes, and it's also easy to get anywhere else quickly by public transport. A 24-hour supermarket nearby was also very helpful. Overall, we were very please with the stay. The only minor criticism is that the flat is quite noisy – as the tram runs right outside the building, it can get a bit louder at night.

The host was very welcoming and responsive by message, no problem. However, the neighbourhood was not at all safe. Drunk people were wandering around shouting at night. In addition, we could hear the neighbour's TV because he left it on all night. We also heard this same neighbour shouting several times in the evening. For the dishes, you should really think about changing the pots: they have had their day. The Teflon coating has completely disappeared, which is highly carcinogenic. Despite everything, we had a very good stay in this apartment which is also very accessible by transport (tram in front of the rental and the metro 10 minutes walk). There is a crossroads nearby, it is open 24 hours a day, it's great!!!!

Very well located in terms of transport. Matches the listing well, nice and well laid out, well heated in winter. Small delay for the arrival at the accommodation on the part of the host despite a schedule agreed in advance (1 hour). A little more linen and cleaning supplies (rubbish bags, paper towels, etc.) would have been nice. The walls are very thin, correct on the street side because the street itself is quite quiet but if the neighbours make noise (coughing, TV) it can be heard a lot, which is typical of old Italian buildings I think. The apartment is very nice and well located.

The apartment matched the photos in the ad. It was easy and flexible to communicate with the agency. The apartment was cozy and very good. However, there was a lot of noise from the street; trams, cars, people, etc. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

Very comfortable house for the location, super responsive and kind host. You are connected by all possible means and right behind the house there is also a 24-hour Carrefour perfect for every need. The mattress of the double bed is slightly sagging so it is not the most comfortable (for a few days, all in all, you can turn a blind eye). If you want to cook a lot at home, there are all the necessary utensils, the only thing is that the pans are very old and worn, in fact, there is only one that is completely usable.

Was in an okay location, just outside was the tram and bus stops. Not a walkable distance to centre of Milan or the train station. Has everything you need if you are just using it to sleep in like we did. However the walls are very thin to the neighbour and can pretty much hear everything from them. The bed felt like it could be broken or had missing slates. As well as a few small stains on the sheets. There was a noticeable smell one night. Again not sure if it was to do with the neighbour maybe or if it was the apartment itself. The guy to come for check In was nice and useful. All in all it is an okay place to stay if you are there for a few nights and just need a place to stay.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment looked like the photos and the description. The neighborhood was calm but a bit far from the attractions and downtown. However the transports were close and easy to find ( the apartment approximatively 15min away for the Cairoli place). Javier welcomed us perfectly and Milan is a a beautiful city.

For lovers of retro style, this is the perfect place to stay. High ceilings, windows with blinds, iron heating radiators, the house itself is an old building - you will like everything. There is also a vintage elevator, with doors that close manually. It has its own charm. In general, the accommodation is good, everything is clean, you will have everything you need, a lot of dishes and appliances for cooking. Great bed and bedding. I liked the neighborhood, there are several supermarkets nearby, many cafes and restaurants, it's not far to the center, unless you're in a hurry. There is also a railway station nearby, from where you can go somewhere for a day. Nearby, at the crossroads, there are always two or three women of Asian appearance and a man who looks after them. I think these are guides for free city tours;) Italy is beautiful, thank you for the experience!

The place is as described on the pictures and the price also fits. Our point of contact was quick to respond to messages and was friendly and helpful. The connection to downtown is very good. The only thing I found a bit unfortunate was that the apartment is very audible. But the landlord can't do anything about it, that's because of the house

We visited the place for 3 nights and were very happy! The location was perfect and had access to trams that took you straight to the center or to the main train station! The neighborhood is full of small shops and supermarkets! The only negative thing was that the soundproofing was poor so from the bedroom we can hear the neighbors and from outside listening to the tram every time it passes! It didn't bother us, but I'm mentioning it for someone who may have an issue with it! Karin was very kind and communicative and didn't leave us with any questions!

We had a great time in Milan! Karin was very friendly and answered everything quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we could habe asked for. It is located close to a metro station and a tram station is right in front of the building so you can reach the city center easily. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Renovation work not reported by the accommodation manager, resulting in the windows being unable to be opened for the entire duration of the stay. Inadequate windows given the high noise of the street below and the proximity to the train tracks. Misleading listing.

We were moderately happy with this accommodation, which was well renovated, nice and clean, but we were probably unlucky. All the light sources were unusable because at this time they are carrying out work on the building and therefore, unfortunately, the light hardly ever entered the apartment. Because of the train, we arrived in Milan at 11 pm. The host who welcomed us was very nice. We only had problems later because we didn't have the cash to give her for the late check-in fee. Communication was constant. On the other occasions when we used the airbnb service, when we happened to arrive at the listings we always found at least the drinking water, the only flaw we found was this, we didn't even find a bottle of water any less bad that the Carrefour in front is 24h. Everything else is fine.

Given Airbnb provides initially only the range of the location, the actual position is a bit mislead by the description. It is not as close to Isola district as it says. The small note mentioning the works being conducted in the building is certainly not sufficient. It is being completely renovated. Expect a lot of noise, dust and no view as the building is surrounded by scaffolds. The apartment itself is good, clean and the checkin and communication were excelent
