Cozy 120m2 apartment up to 3 people , located in the eastern area of Milan, just a 3-minute walk from the "Corvetto" station of the Yellow metro (M3), which is just one stop from Rogoredo FS, the railway station from which the AV Italo and FrecciaRossa trains leave and a few stops from the city center (Duomo/MonteNapoleone).
Attention: the property is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift up to the fourth floor. There is therefore a flight of stairs to climb on foot.
On the lower level there is:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
Internal stairs lead to the upper level with:
- BEDROOM I with single bed, fan;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and TV, fan;
- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with sink, bathtub, bidet and toilet. ATTENTION: THE BATHTUB IS NOT USABLE
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
