I was disappointed with the stay, as the air conditioning listed as one of the apartment's amenities, and the reason why we chose it, wasn't working and wasn't enough to cool a room (let alone the whole apartment). We had to move the mattress to the living room and put a portable fan on so that we could sleep, as otherwise it was impossible. The apartment is quite inconvenient in terms of available sockets, especially in the kitchen. What's more, some basic kitchen items (such as ice buckets) and bathroom items (such as toilet paper) were missing. In short, the apartment and the services were not in line with the price paid and what was expected.

I think that nowadays a clean flat is a basic requirement, and this flat didn't meet that. It would also be appreciated if there were at least a frying pan if there's a kitchen. Noise is mentioned in some comments. The truth is that the window faces the street. If you're somewhat sensitive to noise, it can be annoying, but no more so than any house with a window facing the street that doesn't close properly. Finally, as it says in the ad, the air conditioning is only in the kitchen, so sleeping in the summer is difficult.

The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you might possibly need during your stay! The location is also excellent: the nearby metro allowed us to get around easily and quickly. I will definitely keep it in mind if I return to Milan.

The apartment is as described in the listing. Super friendly and responsive check-in and support staff in case of need. The flat, located in the centre of Milan, a stone's throw from the metro, makes it easy to get around both on foot and by public transport.

Great place to stay! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent,only a 5-minute walk to Lima metro station, and just 4 stops to reach the Duomo. There are plenty of food stores and places to eat nearby, which is very convenient. Milano Centrale station is about a 15-minute walk from the Airbnb, making it perfect for getting around and for day trips. I would definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation is satisfactory, it fulfils its purpose, one problem is that the apartment has no insulation at all, any conversation on the street can be heard inside the apartment, not to mention the cars. After check-out, which I did at 7:30 am, I received a message from the host thanking me and saying that he had given me a 5* rating and asking if I could do the same. Two days after checking out he remembered to say that I had damaged the extractor fan (I didn't, I left everything as it was) and asking for a refund. I wasn't thinking of doing a review because I didn't want to have to give a score below 5*, but the lack of insulation really affected my stay. So, in short, if you sleep like a log and don't mind being asked for money for things you haven't broken, I recommend this apartment, otherwise, I don't.

For the price I paid, I expected something more... Too bad it was full of dust, it could have been cleaned a little before my arrival, the heating two days before my check-out turned off... disappointed on the one hand and happy on the other... otherwise the house had all the necessary comforts and was in an excellent location... the guy at the key delivery was very kind.

Close to the central train station. About 10-12 min walking distance. You also have the quick option by metro the metro station is 5 minutes away. In terms of cleanliness... it's not really for the picky, but we arrived at the accommodation just for sleep. Linens and towels were ok. The sofa in the kitchen squeaks extremely badly, the windows are "rustic" and being on the main street there is noise. I highly recommend earplugs. You can cook, there are cutlery, dishes, pans, pots. Supermarket very close, burgers, pizza, drinks on the ground floor of the accommodation. E-scooters/bikes near the Metro station. The location is excellent accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay in North Milan! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – quiet and safe, yet well connected to the city center by public transport. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Leonardo was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little details that made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan and would be happy to return on my next trip!

Contact with the host throughout the trip was very good, he tried to help in every matter and responded quickly to our messages. The apartment was slightly different from the one shown in the photos. The area is very busy, noise until late at night. In general, it was clean, except for the lack of change of bed linen after the previous guests, which was a big disadvantage. The kitchen would also require a general clean. The equipment was fully complete. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Generally, it's quite cool for a 2-3 day trip to Milan and the surrounding area.

Correct stay in general. Well located and everything was easy. But it's a company and they do things I don't like. Be careful! They say that they charge you up to an additional €50 if you arrive later than 9:00 pm or so. The windows are old and do not close well, so the noise of the traffic, being a first, is as if you had it next to you, which makes it difficult to sleep. We haven't used anything in the kitchen-living room. I can't comment. It was good to check the bathroom faucets and drains. Live mosquitoes and cockroaches visited us. I think they should be more thorough with cleaning/disinsectisation. In fact, some stains on the wall were from squashed mosquitoes, so we were on guard.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s right on the biggest shopping street in Italy, so the location is perfect if you love being in the heart of the action. Just be aware that it can get a bit noisy at night, which is expected in such a lively area — and it’s clearly mentioned in the listing. There are a plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away, so you won’t need to cook unless you want to. Still, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking. It has all the essentials for both short and long stays

The house was very tidy and clean, and it had all the necessities. Nico was very nice in welcoming me to the house and he was pretty responsive when i had some questions. The location of the house is perfect since it's 5mins away from the Loreto metro station which takes us in 10mins to the central station and in 15mins to the center.

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to everything and to metro stations! The heating and utensils were in great condition, the only thing that is not very good is the fence of the window, which ends up passing noise! But otherwise, everything was great!

Zero flexibility showed when asked for check out at 14h instead of 12h (even without customers on the day after). First day with no hot water, then it was fixed. The apartment is missing basic stuff like toilet paper or napkins. Cleaning could be improved (previous guest’s hair on the floor). Great position close to metro and shops, overall the apartment is ok.

Great location, big apartment with a good wardrobe and spacious bedroom, nice kitchen area and the sofa bed came in handy too! Location was great, it was right next to Corso Buenos Aires which is a busy and lively shopping street. Great metro connections into city centre too!

I would take this apartment again but only If it has air conditioning, the only one missing, as well paper 🧻 for a week of staying and some pots. It is well furnished Despite some little things, but it was good for what I needed to. I haven’t stayed too much during the days at home, so it was a good to sleep well. Check-out flexibility could work in compensation with things. Thanks again!

Excellent location - 3 minutes to a large supermarket, 5 minutes to the metro, 15 minutes to the railway station. Duomo is a 30-minute walk away. Nearby there are many chain stores Zara, h&m, a good sports clothing store game7atletics. The kitchen is well stocked - dishwasher, oven, plenty of pots and pans for cooking. TV with Netflix. The apartment is very warm - it was in winter. It's a little noisy from the street, especially in the morning when they come for garbage and the glass cans turn over, but this is not every day, and it's not critical - the child did not wake up.

Very clean flat, with fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, washing machine, stove, microwave, necessary dishes and cutlery). Close to Metro. A bit loud noises in bedroom from the street, but still excellent place to stay in Milan.

This is an excellent flat. The flat is the same as the photos and the description. Its really new! Very clean and has all kind of services. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the ubication is just great, 10 minute walking from milano termini, and just a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires. Many restaurants around.
