The space

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk;
- BEDROOM II with two beds a square and a half, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC;
- TERRACE with gazebo, dining table and hammock.

FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is located on a raised ground floor of a building without an elevator – there are steps to reach the apartment entrance. NO A/C - there are 3 portable fans available. There are two steps on the terrace.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment was just as described. It was spacious and clean. The only issue was that we were there in extreme heat, and there was no air conditioning. There were three good fans, but the heat was tough.

Conveniently located and easy to access. There was usually parking available. The apartment had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and no noise as it was in a quiet neighbourhood. There's no air conditioning, which is a problem in the heat at the end of June. We couldn't use the terrace because of the temperature. The fans helped, but they weren't enough.

Excellent location, close to public transport, with everything you need for a good stay, and good mattresses and pillows. Greater flexibility with check-in would have been appreciated. We only asked to drop off our luggage an hour early, but instead they offered us paid storage, and at a good walking distance. And, apparently, there were no guests checking out that day.

Lovely flat, spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Good location Bus stop 20 metres away, providing easy access to the city centre (Limited Traffic Zone). Possibility of parking on the surrounding streets. Perfect welcome.

We had a great time at this home. We even made use of the terrace and the flat, and the beds were spacious and very comfortable for us to stay with two children. The flat is very well located for getting to places of interest.
