The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a private garden.
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, wine glasses and various cooking utensils), washing machine, counter with stools, double sofa bed, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- PRIVATE GARDEN (access from living room) with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), central heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The apartment was amazing. It looked aesthetically pleasing and very clean. You have a dedicated garden, which is awesome. Everything was provided generously. The host who checked us in was polite, welcoming, and very kind. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had 2 ACs, which is rare anywhere. The building is calm, and the concierge is very polite. It's an incredibly good deal and I highly recommend it.
