Villa Robin is a lovely home with breathtaking views that never bores! The house is very comfortable and the outdoor space and the garden all around is fantastic. We stayed here for 5 weeks, we felt completely at home and enjoyed it very much! The communication with Carpe Diem was very pleasant and accurate! We would love to come back!

Views view views! We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Robin! The hosts clearly communicated with us before and during our visit. The villa is lovely and clean. You will never want to leave the back patio with its unobstructed view of Penon de Ifach. The sunsets are incredible. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and there were times when the only sound was a nearby owl. The villa is well equipped, the primary bedroom has a comfy bed and there were plenty of towels. We were in Calpe in early February so many of the local restaurants and businesses were closed for winter but there were plenty of options for dining and shopping plus easy access to grocery and pharmacy. A car is essential to get to the beach and boardwalk area. We highly recommend Villa Robin and would love to stay there when we next visit Calpe. Thank you to our host! 🙏

“We came here for a week at the end of January with our 8-month-old baby and really enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and exactly as in the pictures, and the surroundings were truly stunning. Everything was clean and hygienic, and the view was amazing. The only downside was that the swimming pool turned out not to be heated. After asking about this, it still wasn’t done because it wouldn’t make much difference in temperature. Apart from this, we had a wonderful vacation.”

Property Manager Terms

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
