Cozy studio apartment located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.
In 30 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people with a double bed. There is a breakfast corner.

The property is located near the Porto di Mare stop of the M3 and near the Milan Rogoredo railway station, from which it is possible to reach the center of Milan and from which the AV trains depart. The area, well connected thanks to public transport, is complete with all the necessary services.

The internal space is divided as follows:

BREAKFAST CORNER. Microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle.
RELAXATION AREA. Double bed, sofa and TV. AC split.

BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi and balcony.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The stay had a number of problems. The shower rod was broken and the water kept getting cold and hot while showering, which was very annoying. The fridge was very noisy; if you are a light sleeper you should actually unplug it, otherwise you won't be able to sleep but then of course your stuff won't stay cold. The roller shutter in the bathroom was broken, so I had no privacy at all. I raised it once and then I couldn't get it down. Finally, the decoration above the bed made annoying noises whenever there was vibration in the wall; I think this is because the metro runs under the building. The positive points were that it was within walking distance of Rogoredo and Porto di Mare train/metro stations, and that they had super fast wifi, which I was very happy with. Checking in is also very easy and good (you do need to have internet). In general, I have to say that it was not worth the money

The apartment was clean. The check-in was easy and you were t min from the metro station. We were only there to sleep. Take mosquito spray with you in summer. We had a lot in the apartment, which became a nuisance at night.

Good communication and instructions. Very well connected, a few blocks from the metro and the train station. The bathroom does not smell good and does not look clean. Everything else corresponds to the photos, although I expected more comfort in relation to the price.

We had a nice stay. The apartment looks like the pictures, was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. The only downside was the noise from outside and from the rain. The host was kind and helped us with everything we needed.
