Cozy apartment of about 49 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property boasts an exceptional location in the Darsena and Navigli area, full of clubs and strategic to reach all the points of interest of the city thanks to public transport, just 800 meters away is the M2 Verde metro stop of Porta Genova.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, split A/C, access to the small balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, moka, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack, drawers under the bed, small desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, washing machine, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with access from the living room and equipped with a small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, central heating, air conditioning (1 split in the bedroom and 1 split in the living room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hangers, hairdryer and wine glasses.

Lack of BASIC comfort equipment. No sheets for the sofa bed, forcing us to sleep without sheets on unwashed sheet protectors, shower blocked on arrival with broken tiles, leaking toilet, no shower mat or kitchen towel, not a single capsule for the washing machine. While the accommodation initially appeared comfortable and clean, the stay was made very unpleasant due to these factors. I informed the owner, who initially seemed concerned but only sent someone to unblock the shower and remove the tiles from the bathroom, without leaving sheets or the other missing equipment. As a gesture, I asked for a slightly later check-out. I was expressly granted an hour (12 pm instead of 11 am). At 11:30 am, I received a message on my personal number telling me to leave the accommodation. We were outside, and when we returned at 11:45 am, the door to the accommodation was locked. A bad experience.

Very easy to get to, and the directions for getting in and out of the flat were very clear. The flat was very nice and everything was easy to use. There wasn't much noise outside, so I was able to sleep very well.
