Very good location. Very close to Milan's biggest attractions, such as the Duomo, Sforzesco, Da Vinci's Last Supper and many others. You can also walk to the Pinacoteca di Brera. The place (especially) the larger bedroom is exposed to street noise (trams), but I can put up with that. It was as described, but I guess I didn't read that there was no TV or electric kettle in the apartment. But overall, it's comfortable here, the space is large, and for two people, the conditions were comfortable.

Great location for sight seeing. Made it easy for us to get to the last supper a very short walk away. The duomo was also easy to get to. And it was easy to find our way back each night after dinner. Also great to have the smaller local station nearby for the train that brings you directly to lake como's waterfront, completely avoiding the hectic main station.

The property itself is nice and in a convenient location, but unfortunately the experience with the host/property management overshadowed those positives. Communication was consistently poor. Rather than making guests feel welcome, every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them. Simple, reasonable questions about check-in or the property were met with delayed, dismissive, or unhelpful responses, creating the impression that asking for basic information was somehow a burden. One of the things that sets great Airbnb hosts apart is their willingness to make guests feel comfortable, provide clear instructions in advance not a couple hours before, and ensure a smooth stay. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was imposing simply by seeking information that any guest would reasonably need. If you value responsive communication, thoughtful hospitality, and a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience, I would not recommend staying here.

3-night stay: we were looking for central accommodation, not too much in the tourist area but easy to get to. And that's how it was: a great place to stay with everything close at hand. The bar below the house was our salvation. A supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy are just a few metres away. The accommodation itself is a bit bare but equipped with everything you might need. When we arrived, they had left the air conditioning on, which was very welcome, given the temperatures these days! We received the arrival instructions only a few hours before check-in (imagine a morning travelling by plane, train and metro, and having to keep checking your phone to figure out how to do self check-in). We found a couple of stained towels (but maybe it was due to transport), dust under the bed, a pen in a drawer, and the shower hose was leaking a little. Overall, however, a positive experience! Bring your earplugs: the tram goes under the balcony :)

We liked our stay at GuestHost, the apartment is big with two big rooms, it was very clean and easily accessible. They were kind enough to let us check in earlier . The location is very good, Duomo is accessible within 10 minutes walk, and there is public transport in front of the apartment for other locations. Metro is not far away either if you want to come from airport. There is some street noise in the big room indeed, but fortunately there is another one that can be used.

The tram noise is very annoying, and you can't sleep for more than 20 minutes because of the tram noise. It feels like it's passing right beside you. There's a room without air conditioning, and there are no blankets on the beds. The apartment owner is not cooperative and not flexible at all regarding departure, not even for half an hour. We left before the scheduled time, at exactly 10:57 AM, to avoid disturbing him, even though the check-in was late, at 6:00 PM.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It is very central and you can walk to both public transport and stores. I was so unlucky to have my key card stolen when I was out, and the host was really helpful and fixed a new card for me. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay in Milan was honestly one of the most disappointing Airbnb experiences I’ve had. From the start, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I was repeatedly asked to move off the Airbnb app despite clearly stating I couldn’t use it for this trip. That alone made things more complicated than they needed to be. The apartment itself did not live up to expectations. The amenities were below standard compared to other places I’ve stayed, and overall it felt neglected and the toilet was broken. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. There were loud street cleaners starting around 1:00 AM, and on top of that, a train running beneath the building that made it nearly impossible to sleep. This was not disclosed in the listing and created a genuinely uncomfortable and exhausting situation. For travelers who value rest, clear communication, and accurate listings, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The apartment was very clean and had all the basics for a short stay. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Door entry was a little confusing, but was quickly resolved with a message from the host. Be aware that there is a tram stop right outside, so there is some tram noise. There is no wifi or TV, but it did not bother us as we were out most of the time. All the main sites are walkable from the apartment - we would stay again

Perfect location for walking to Duomo di Milano and Sforzesco Castle to visit Christmas market. Couple of restaurants nearby and one opposite serving a good breakfast. There is a lift to apartment which was helpful with our luggage. Apartment was warm and bed comfortable but the road noice in the front bedroom was noticeable and meant the person didn't get that good a sleep. The shower, although small, was powerful and warm. The place was lacking in mirrors, particularly a full length mirror. Great base for our trip

The location is very nice, everything is within walking distance and many nice restaurants nearby. The space is large, the bedrooms are far apart. It is the darkest except for the front room. So the light must also be on during the day. It's not really pleasant to stay inside, but because the location is central you can go out all day. It is located on a busy street with a tram that only does not run between 2:30 and 4:30. You can feel the tram throughout the house and hear it well in the front room. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

A great find, perfectly located and easily walkable to the main centre (about 10 minutes). Right near the tram (which was very noisy at all hours) but didn’t bother us. Towels provided, as well as sugar and salt/pepper and olive oil. Some tea bags and coffee would have been a nice touch. My only negative is that I was not contacted a few days before check in as promised, and had to make contact on the day (hours before flying). I was given a number to text and in all fairness, got a very quick reply, but then I had to text again when I arrived and was then told someone would come down to meet me. Again, this was prompt and receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but overall the check-in process could have been smoother. A really lovely place and location, would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

The flat is as described but communication with the host and reception was not great. Check in was a little ghetto, we had to take the key card from a lockbox tied to the back of a street sign. Nothing was explained to us before hand, so getting in and figuring out how to lock the door was a struggle. We couldn’t get the laundry to work because the app doesn’t work with non-Italian phone numbers. The host said he would “help tomorrow” but he never reached out so I went to a different laundromat (closest one is 15 minute walk). They only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. They tried to charge when I asked for more, but when I pushed back they gave us 2 more rolls. When I asked for extra sheets for the folding couch/bed, the initial response was a no. They brought sheets when I pushed back. Not enough hand towels or any other extra blankets/towels. No microwave. All in all, rude hosts, fine flat, good location. It is clear the hosts are not local Italians.

Nice apartment. It is well located with public transport whether tram, metro or train. There are two large bedrooms opposite each other in the apartment. It's ideal for having a little privacy in a group or for separating snorers. One of the rooms is on the street side. It is a little noisier because the glazing is simple. Have earplugs. Bedding is fine. There is the bare minimum in the accommodation. But it does the job. The instructions for the accommodation are given on the same day of arrival, a little late for my taste. Do not hesitate to ask for the number to exchange with the person on site. It is a good accommodation for 2 to 4 people for a stay in Milan.

Great location, bigger than most, very close to the train station and close to all the attractions. It would be nice to have a tv for relaxing after big days out site-seeing. Note there is a lot of traffic and tram noise in the front bedroom that faces the street but it's also great to people watch from there. Odd shaped bathroom and quite a small shower cubicle. It's not luxurious but is comforable, good value and the location is great.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb, absolutely no complaints! The location is perfect, just about a 15-minute walk to most of the main tourist spots. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. It had all the basic essentials we needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the summer heat. The host was very kind and responsive, and a big thank you as well to Ms. Shirani who assisted us during check-in, she was lovely and helpful. The only minor issue is that the shower is on the smaller side, but the water pressure is strong and it works really well. Also, since the apartment is on the first floor and right by the main road, the bigger bedroom can get a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center of the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Overall a good stay in Milan. It's in a fantastic location to see the main tourist attractions, and opposite there is a fantastic gelateria. Of course being in the centre of a city there will be noise, but I had earplugs and slept fine. The apartment was clean with plenty of storage space also. The water pressure was great in the shower (vital for those with lots of hair!) and the clothes horse was very handy for hanging the towels. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean. Downsides are the shower is tiny. Even as a small person it was quite difficult, especially with nothing in the shower to hold your shampoo etc. Also, the fridge did not seem cold at all, even when I turned the dial up so I had to throw food away, the kettle did not work, and there was no iron (present in the listing) available. However, it was a pleasant stay overall and a fantastic price for the location.

Well located and responsive owners but with some caveats.... This rental is near both the Duomo and the direct train from the airport...the owners were responsive to any needs that arose....pictures are accurate and bedrooms are reasonable sized.... It's on a main street and there is some Street noise but it wasn't bothersome to us... There are a few things that you should be aware of though - ...the bathroom is on the smaller side and the shower is quite tiny,such that there is little room to move around for a normal sized person and there is no simple place to put your shampoo and soap, ...also there was only one key available and also because you need the key in order to lock the door so it makes it hard when people leave at different times even if they are roughly on the same schedule.... We were able to get a second key but only with a 50 euro cash deposit...this should be standard to get a second key without the need for a deposit since you need the key to lock the door... And

This was a great Airbnb stay, it was clean, spacious, and in a good location. It is a bit further from the Duomo than we expected (about a 13 - 15-minute walk) but it was still in a good location. Looked the little balcony in the main bedroom that opens up the city. Even though it is right on the street, it is not too too noisy, you can still hear some noise, but it isn't distributive, and the vibes are worth it. It was easy to check in and get to our Airbnb and overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Well located, but check in is not until 3pm and there’s nowhere to store luggage unless you pay for a storage locker. This is the first time encountering this with an Airbnb. We also didn’t have the best check in experience. I needed to contact the host multiple times to get check in details and only received these a few hours before check in (I get the impression that the responses via Airbnb prior to this were through a bot, so were unhelpful). We only booked a few days before our stay, but even so, usually I’d receive instructions earlier than on the day. Hopefully this was just a one off. In terms of the property, the two bedrooms are clean and serve their purpose. The second bedroom bed frame is pretty rickety, not sure how you’d go with two in the bed. The bathroom has no exhaust fan so becomes pretty steamy and stagnant. The sound travels quite a bit and you can hear people walking around upstairs. Finally, the cleaning cost seems really high (same price as the room).

Price we paid was definitely worth the quality. The room behind is directly on the bathroom with a thin wall so you can literally hear every fart. And room in front is very noisy: outdoor noise is very good. I am fortunately deaf left so can just sleep on my right ear but I can imagine that it can be bad for others. Other towels clean, bathroom good. Don't want to cook, just eat out everywhere. There is plenty of restaurants in the area

Good deal for the requested price. All amenities were available as described, great location and a vibe of gated community (friendly employee who's here during the day and doors closed at the end of the day) which was a nice surprise. The drawbacks were that it was dusty/a bit dirty, no bin in the bathroom and that one of the bedrooms is on the street side so with the tram running late and the traffic, you can't sleep without earplugs. Overall, great choice for a decent price when it comes to accommodation in Milan.

We really enjoyed the 5 days we spent in this apartment. Communication was very smooth with Matteo and we were warmly welcomed on site by Shirani. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant to live in (there were 3 of us). Only small downside regarding sleeping arrangements that are not homogeneous in terms of quality, the mattress in the large bedroom is very comfortable, as well as that of the sofa bed in the living room but the spring mattress of the small bedroom is a little soft and less comfortable.

Many cars, vespas, delivery trucks and trams also run through the night on the street – the noise can be heard very clearly and is hardly dampened in this room, in addition, the apartment shakes through the old trams, which makes sleeping very difficult. The apartment was quite dusty and unfortunately the toilet was also not clean, which we found very unfortunate.

The condo has a very good location with easy access to all main attractions of the city! The condo is very basic and would benefit from some investments into the furniture and home accessories. We were not impressed with the host upon arrival who did not seem to be very welcoming. One of the bedrooms is facing the main road and it gets quite noisy from traffic and trams passing.

The apartment was in a very central location and walkable to all major sites in Milan. The neighborhood had many options for restaurants and cafes. Host was proactive and check in was wonderful and descriptive. We went in July and very grateful for the air conditioning. Clean and had everything that you need. Overall great long weekend in Milan in this apartment as a home base.

My 2year old daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is clean, the kitchen is very functional and the spaces feel generous. Loved having the doors that open on to the open air space. Also loved that it’s all on one level. The main bedroom has some noise as the trams run until 2am but the shutter cuts this noise quite a bit. We absolutely loved the apartment and the surrounding area and it’s easy walkability to Brera, Duomo area. It’s also close to metro and tram stops. In particular for my daughter the close proximity to Parco Sempione was so so good, we spent many happy hours there! One small difficulty is the laundry. I couldn’t download the app that is needed to work the washing machines because I didn’t have an Italian phone. But the concierge managed to arrange someone else to do it and I could pay cash. It’s €5 for one load of washing.
