The accommodation was identical to the photos, cozy, clean, well-equipped, easy to access, bus stop right at the bottom of the building which made getting around easier.That said, we had a Wi-Fi problem that we reported many times, but unfortunately we didn't get any feedback. Apart from this drawback, I highly recommend this accommodation

The accommodation itself was very nice, and we felt very comfortable. If you park your car in the back yard, you need the key to open the gate to drive out. You should bear this in mind on the day of departure, because the key is to be left in the room. It's best to arrive as a group of two, but otherwise a solution can certainly be found. Otherwise, the accommodation was absolutely enchanting 💫🌱

Very welcoming place, conveniently located near the metro (10-minute walk). The apartment is located outside the ZTL zone, so it’s perfect if you have a car (make sure you display the parking permit before handing over the keys).

Very nice house, clean and with attention to detail. The only negative note was that it was cold because it was 3 degrees during the day and there was no remote control for the air conditioner and the radiators could not be turned on, because the owner had installed a thermostat that can be turned on and off remotely. Unfortunately, it is impossible to communicate with the owner because the house is managed by a company that manages holiday homes and even the latter did not know about this change.

The best place I've ever stayed. The service was great. The stay was super nice. The weather combined with the week of my stay. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and next to the metro stop + the train station. Super good 🥹 A pity to have to say goodbye to my apartment, I would take it again

The apartment was cute and private. The location wasnt quite what I was expecting, It wasnt super convenient to get to transport and there wasnt really much around the apartment so I ended up paying for taxis to get around. Next time I would book something more central. I was worried from past reviews that the wifi wouldnt work but it was fine. The apartment was clean and tidy and the host was very responsive.

We had to wait 1.5 hours for the host, even though we had made an appointment beforehand. No compensation has been made, except for Airbnb. I don't recommend this apartment at all. There was also a red spot on the bed linen.

The person who welcomed us had a lot of positive energy and kindly allowed us to check in early. When we arrived, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet. We left some clearly labeled food in the fridge, but after cleaning, it was gone—most likely taken by the cleaner, which was frustrating. There were also some cleanliness issues (hair in the bed, stains on the couch, dusty carpet). A clean cover for the sofa would have helped. The location is about 15 minutes on foot to the metro and around 40 minutes to the city center. For the price, we believe there might be better value options in Milan, but overall, it’s still worth considering.

However, I must complain that there was a distance from the Galeazzi hospital in the description, which was found to be inaccurate. And to say that I went to Milan for that...

A nice flat in a good location with easy access to the metro. I love the courtyard parking which is behind some very sturdy metal gates. Neighbours are lovely, too. I had two slight issues: the internet at the property didn't work during my stay, which I could manage without. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room seems to need servicing as it didn't blow very cold. It was more like a slightly cold fan than anything, but I managed by closing the shutters and doing everything possible to keep the inside as cool as possible and it was OK. The host is very communicative. It's slightly unusual that you have to walk down the road to the lockbox to get the key; I think they could find a way of having this on the property gates themselves, it also made leaving more difficult, as the host wanted me to leave the keys inside the property. But I couldn't find any way out the front gates without the key, so I had to prop the pedestrian gate open. However, I'd still recommend it overall.

Quiet neighborhood and building, private parking space is a plus. The bus stop is nearby to get to central Milan, it's perfect The negatives: the space seems clean however the dirty laundry basket is not empty containing the dirty towels of the previous tenants and the shower walls of the bathroom are full of limestone. We have informed the host who offers a cleaning intervention the next day: cleaning must be done properly before people arrive and not during the stay.... The air conditioning makes a lot of noise…a revision is required. On site the Italian coffee maker is for 1 person, a real coffee maker is required for breakfast

the place was nice, the check in did not go well, however it was fixed quickly. check in host was nice, but disappeared whithout any explanations on how things work due to the check in issues. apart from that it was a lovely place and there is a nice, affordable pizzaria down the corner.

The apartment was a lovely, small and homely place to stay in Milan. It looked just as it did on the pictures, the balcony was also nice to enjoy in the mornings. Karim was a lovely host, especially as he had to wait for us to check-in due to plane delays but was so friendly and understanding about it! The distance to the subway is a 10 minute walk but easy enough once you know it. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Very good accommodation, unbeatable value for money especially for the amenities available. I would highly recommend if you want to stay in Milan without taking your car (Italians have a pretty sporty driving say).

It was a very nice stay, just pay attention to the power outages. The neighborhood is very nice and really close to the center. With buses like the 70/52/40 that helped us a lot with our trips to the center or to do our shopping around the house. Metro 3 is also close by. Thank you for your services.

Very nice hosts who were very proactive and accommodating. Perfect apartment for a city trip, with everything you need. Clean, reputable, very safe environment. The metro is right around the corner, so you can quickly get to all the hot spots in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a city trip in Milan. Thumbs up 👍

The apartment is very nice. However, when I got the key out of the key box, someone threw at me with a glass bottle because I didn't want to start a conversation with him. A few small things were missing in the apartment, such as a cutting board and a kitchen towel. All in all we had a good stay.

The place was supposed to be amazing if some important details were respected. When I entered I realized that the cleaning of the apartment was precarious! The amount of dust in the apartment was a lot. The housekeeper does not strip dust from the cabinets, niches and under the bed and sofa, the dust was already impregnated. I had to pass damp cloth several times to clean everything! Another thing was the lack of toilet paper for every day, I had to buy, I found in the closet a bag full of bedding and dirty towels, the heaters did not warm the room when I needed it, I had a serious problem on the last day where the energy of the apartment fell into the general key of the condominium. This must have already happened and at least they should leave a step by step in the apartment to reconnect! I lost all food from the fridge and freezer because I was 9 am without energy because it was dawn. I requested reimbursement because they only returned me a derisory amount! The only good surprise was Karin, a great professional who deserves to be highlighted!

The place was magical and very practical. As for our stay, we picked up the beautiful weather, so we spent most of our time away. A small, modest kitchen offers you everything you need, even through the lookout beauty! Still, there were small details that I wouldn't expect in the space (not enough cleaning of the bathroom, skylights..). We didn't have a problem with the host, but luckily, we helped ourselves. I recommend the place for couples who don't want to be right in the center, but at the same time be easily reachable. Subway stop 10 minutes from the place! Great location.

Very quiet, it is on the 6th floor, well equipped, close to the metro and has an internal parking space with lots of space. A beautiful and perfect apartment. We recommend it for 2 people. Karen was super attentive.

We stayed for 2 nights in January, the apartment was beautiful, the decoration divine, impeccably clean, everything smelled too good. Super equipped, you have what you need if you want to cook. They make you want to stay forever. The days we went were very cold, but you can see that it has an internal heating system that every time you entered was divine, even for bathing, you didn't even feel the cold. Karin was always very kind, she gave us very precise explanations and was always ready to help. I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is in a residential area which is perfect for those who want to stay close by the city without having to listen to the hustle and bustle in the mornings and evenings. The underground railway station is a 10 minute walk away which is also really handy. The apartment itself is really well kept and modern, warm and comfortable. Anything you may need is there, and the host is really responsive to help if needed. Would definitely recommend as a solo traveller.

This accommodation is lovely, the house is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, however, the check-in experience was bad. There was an hour and twenty of a delay in check-in, an unusual request for payment for a service not provided (fortunately then refunded after insisting) and we were treated really badly for providing an opinion, risking being left without accommodation in the middle of the night. The host apologized for the rudeness and inaccuracy of his employees, but I would not do it again as a check-in experience at all. The house, on the other hand, is really well maintained, very good. Unfortunately, it is difficult to sleep at night due to various LEDs that light up both near the bed, in the kitchen, and near the TV, which should be improved. Otherwise the house is perfect
