The property was well equipped. It was quite close to the subway station. Because of being in very close to the railway it was noisy but you could close the windows and run the AC. The negative points: 1-Dirty bathroom’s floor. 2-No instructions or bins for trash was provided inside the flat.

The flat was excellent, exactly like the photos. The tube station was just a minute away, and within 15–20 minutes, we were in the city centre. The host was extremely polite and responded to our messages promptly. The only negative comment I would make is that there was mould on one part of the wall. Overall, everything was very pleasant.

The listing matches the photos perfectly. I was able to enter the accommodation 1 hour before my scheduled check-in time. The host is very welcoming and the keys could be handed over. The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. There are also small restaurants and shops nearby. The place is peaceful. I recommend.

I spent a few days in this apartment in Cimiano and could not have asked for more. The house is exactly as in the photos: clean, bright and furnished with modern taste. The location is excellent: the metro is a few minutes' walk away and in about 20 minutes you can easily reach the centre. The area is quiet but well served, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy and the host was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Milan and at the same time enjoy some peace and quiet away from the chaos of the center. I would definitely go back

We spent a few days in this Milan accommodation. Despite accommodation that was not perfectly clean, we had a good stay. It was a very nice arrival because the apartment is just as the photo shows and everything was impeccable and very comfortable because the apartment is very modern. I loved it and the only thing is that the subway is a little far away but you can still walk. It's about 15 minutes walking but in the vicinity of the apartment there are several cafes and restaurants where you can eat simple things. The host is very nice and always attentive to the needs of his guest, so I loved everything. Thank you very much and I definitely recommend it and I will return if God the Father and Mother allow it next year. See you soon Milan, see you soon my beautiful Italy

I am an extremely scrupulous person, especially when it comes to finding apartments/places to stay for long periods...I chose this house because of its proximity to the metro that took me to the center and also to the San Raffaele Hospital and what can I say? Quiet, very nice, clean, with super working air conditioning, well-stocked, super responsive host kind and friendly! Located in a well-connected area, residential and with several supermarkets, gym and other facilities. Highly recommend! Rosanna :)

The apartment is a beauty, very complete, very well organized, ! We loved it!. It is as it appears in the photos and its location is privileged, very close to the train station and a very quiet area. We had a great time and of course she would come back. I would recommend it to💯. The only inconvenience was presented with the lady who made the delivery, her attitude was not kind, I was eager and I do not explain many things related to the handling of appliances, it was very superficial and she told me that she will look for it on the internet. There was no inventory delivery and I only had one fork, it was necessary to request what was needed. I have used Airbnb for several years with excellent results and this is my first time this very uncomfortable situation, by the way. Finally I must state that I do not share the explanation I was given when I warned with time that I was canceling the last night of the stay , the truth was waiting for the refund, but it was not like that.

The apartment was clean, tidy, very close to the metro station. They were waiting for us at the agreed time. In the kitchen, only the capsule coffee maker can be used, there is no microwave, which may be helpful to indicate. The internet service stopped working after two days, looking for the cause of the problem, it turned out that someone from outside the apartment had cut the wire. This was slightly scary. We reported this to the landlord, who wrote that they were working to fix the issue. Luckily we had enough mobile nets. When we checked out, the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

Place was fantastic, all the amenities were in great condition. The shower was a bit confusing to as the water would randomly turn cold and i wished there was an instruction manual for the dishwasher as it was my first time using it 😅. Host allowed us to drop off bags at the apartment before check in, very grateful for that. Upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy at night, but its not a daily thing and this is out of the hosts’ control so i didnt mind it too much. I’d highly recommend this unit, thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The place was good for the money we paid, but there were some issues. First - they contacted me 5 hours before our arrival that there is some leak from the apartment above and someone has to come and check during our stay (by the way the stain on the ceiling is there minimum 2-3 months). I told them I don’t feel comfortable people coming in the apartment while we are not there, but anyway they did. Second- they gave us the wrong key and when I called them they said “someone will come in the morning to bring the correct one “, so we had to argue about that, because we wanted to go out for dinner and then we cannot come back. Finally they brought the key. Also there are some broken stuff like the kettle, the bin in the toilet, the leg of the bed, also the hanger in the wardrobe is that high, I had to climb up to get my clothes. Other problem is there is not enough towels- no towel in the kitchen, no hand towel in the bathroom…we had to use those that were for hair.

The place was in a great location from the metro, about 5 minutes, from where you were in the center in 20 minutes. The apartment was nice , clean and it was warm. As a minus, I consider the noise in the house, you could hear everything, and they stomped over our heads until 3am, so we didn't sleep for two days.

We booked this Airbnb for my boyfriend’s birthday and were extremely disappointed. The building’s lift didn’t work, so we had to carry heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. Communication with the host was only through Google Translate, which made things challenging. About an hour after checking in, someone entered the apartment unannounced—it was the cleaner bringing soap and toilet paper, but we hadn’t been informed anyone would come. The walls were so thin that we constantly heard the neighbors’ kids crying, and the apartment wasn’t clean: the carpet was dirty with hair, and the pillows were old and stained. We tried to stay positive, but we noticed mold on the kitchen ceiling. As asthmatics, this was concerning, and the host promised to address it the next day. The last straw was when I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. Despite following the host’s instructions, nothing worked. Save your money and avoid this place.

We had beautiful days in Milan . Although this place is a little outside, it's still easy to reach by metro . For a stare trip I would book the place again at any time, super suitable in hot weather (air conditioning was great ) The only thing missing is either dishwasher taps or a dish towel and dry the dishes.

The apartment met our criteria - clean and easy access to Milan’s main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and only a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The train journey into Milan was about 15 minutes and took you into the main train station where you could access further transport to attractions. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but the air conditioning and comfy bed was very welcome after a day sightseeing in the heat of the summer.

The apartment is super nice and modernly furnished and there is also an elevator after a few steps. Everything was super clean and there was everything you could ever need. We were even allowed to leave our suitcases earlier in the apartment. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by metro. Communication was super friendly and all questions were answered quickly.

All in all, everything went okay. However, the blinds of the bedroom did not close and needed repair. They fixed it after some time. The first towels we had were dirty and we had to use a second set of towels. There was no towel to clean the dishes and there was also no detergent for the dishes except for a dishwasher with one tab. There were also only two rolls of toilet paper for two people and five nights. The person responsible for our stay was quite nice but sometimes slow to respond. Lastly, the location is quite good and next to a Metro station, which leads directly to the city center. When booking, one has to keep in mind that the surcharge has to be payed no matter if you’re trains have been cancelled or anything else.

Check-in went well and the apartment was nice and clean. We forgot the keys inside the house and we didn't get help with the situation and it took 16 hours to get the spare keys. At 2 o'clock in the night (2am), an opportunity was offered to pick up spare keys from the other side of town, but no one came. We were the night outside without the keys. Communication and access to help was weak.

Stay was very pleasant. Only the electricity was flat in the kitchen & we had to wait noon for an answer despite the person had read the messages... Because of this, we didn't have a cool fridge and were able to dispose of our groceries... The shutter in the bedroom was also broken, and could not completely down, so we were woken up by the light. For the rest, everything was fine!! Only had some trouble with the noise of the metro & noisy neighbors but nothing to do about it

Below the house was greeted by Lucia to give us the keys and show us the house (we found the cleaner inside). The house smelled really bad, like cooked shrimp, which remained as a smell all 3 days and was unbearable.... The house was quite dirty, it had not been cleaned well (couch with trimmings and rug with crumbs!). Unacceptable for a home you pay 100 euros per day! There was no soap for the dishes! The shutter of the room was broken so you're seen from the street!! The bathroom faucet threw the water abruptly and you had to be careful while the trash can was broken and wouldn't even close! Be careful with the elevator because it may stay! The house was ok as a space, but very bad in terms of its services!! Needs a lot of changes and more professionalism. The communication with the company was slow, and I think you find something better for that money. The area was very calm but at night it needed attention.

Amazing place, exactly like the photos, extra smart kitchen (even tho we didn't use it, took us a few days to discover all the working lights). It's an apartament where you can live, comes with everything you need (even an umbrella) Very close to the metro station. The only thing I'd mention is that we had some trouble with communication, nothing bad, but the apartment looked so good that we were afraid it was a scam. And the company contacted us at 14:45 when we had the book-in at 15. Everything as planned, nothing went wrong, but I was a bit stressed until we got in. So don't stress about no one contacting you. Amazing place, recommending it.

My friend and I came to Milan for 4 nights and it was a great trip! The Air BnB was very clean with all the amenities that are necessary and lots of windows with natural light, we loved the balcony doors! It would have been a lovely touch to have somewhere to sit on the balcony but still great either way! The location was about 15 minutes into Milano Centrale Station and another 20 minutes ish to the Duomo (Castle and main centre of Milan.) The nearest station to the flat was 5 minutes away which was amazing! There wasn’t many places to eat or shop near the flat so that was the only downside but a few stops on the metro and there is plenty! All in all a beautiful, spacious, clean Airbnb and very responsive host when we have any questions! Make sure to take a straight train from Milano Centrale Station to Como San Giovanni :) Only 12€ return ! Thank you for this stay.

The house is as described I would come back, and I would definitely recommend it. But I want to emphasize a few things : Nico, the person who welcomed us, was very kind and responsive, but not very flexible regarding our checkout request (he only allowed 30 minutes of flexibility). Clearly, the response was not up to him; indeed, I am disappointed that such a straightforward request was not accepted. At check-in, the flat was tidy; everything was perfect apart from the unbearable heat, so much so that I slept with the window open the whole time. A suggestion: perhaps place one or two rubbish bins on the terrace or under the sink, as the rubbish storage area was clearly shown to us. Finally: the power would go out for no reason from time to time, even though I hadn't had any appliances switched on, and on several occasions I came home to find the fridge turned off and the sockets not working. Despite all this, I had a good stay.

We enjoyed staying in the flat. It was bright and very close - almost like our dream apartments. All the facilities inside were fine and perfectly functional. The flat is very quite albeit it is located very close to the metro station and it is definitely a plus for Milan. So, you can reach the center in 15 minutes. Don't forget that your 1 ride ticket is valid for 90 minutes. The checkout time was a bit too early in our opinion, but it depends on your personal schedule.
