Cozy and bright 40sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift! The accommodation boasts a highly strategic position, as it is located at the "Porta Romana" underground stop (M3 - yellow line) direct to Piazza Duomo in just 3 stops!
The area is also extremely renowned for the presence of QC Terme Milano, the Bagni Misteriosi, the Franco Parenti Theater and many restaurants, bars and clubs!
Internally, the accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, Smart TV and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher
- BEDROOM with double bed and access to the common external area
-BATHROOM with bidet, shower cubicle
Further services available to guests: unlimited wifi, washing machine, AC with single split in the corridor/dressing room, independent heating.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Communication with Vittoria was very smooth, she responded quickly. The apartment is large and nice for two people. The location of the apartment is great, 10 minutes from the Duomo and 15 minutes from Milano Centrale; supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. One thing that bothered me was that at night there was an annoying noise that I think came from the air conditioning, which made me wake up a couple of times at night.
