Functional 60 sqm apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located a few steps from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan, and from MiCo, the largest conference center in Europe, in an area full of services and well connected to the rest of the city.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, cabinet with drawers and hangers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for two people, TV, dining table and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, air conditioning (split in the living room), hairdryer, washing/dryer machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.


For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

Clean apartment but an unpleasant smell every time we came back. Some useful equipment was missing (cleaning cloths, tea towels, scissors). The host was friendly and responsive, but changed the check-in time a few hours beforehand.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this accommodation. Apartment with a very bad smell in all the rooms. There was a strong smell of tobacco, even at night, and we could smell it when we woke up. Very unpleasant and annoying. What's more, we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes on the street until they came to hand over the keys. Poor communication with the host, although at the time of booking everything seems great. While we were waiting in the street and complained about the smell, he didn't respond. We complained to customer services and they contacted the owner. I hope this review helps you avoid what happened to us. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Quiet neighbourhood and apartment building, with amenities just a few minutes' walk away (metro, tram, supermarkets). The host is helpful, and the house is clean and equipped with everything you need.
