A very nice loft in a good area. Unfortunately, a few kitchen utensils were missing and the dishwasher didn't work very well, so we had to wash up by hand and buy a few things, but that wasn't too bad.

The apartment is in a quiet area, a ten-minute walk from the metro. The residential complex is new and very well maintained, and the house matches the description. However, be aware that the boiler often stops working and needs to be restarted, and that the bathroom sometimes gives off a bad smell.

The information sent was partially contradictory – very annoying. The descriptions should be edited and updated. There were problems with the hot water, and since no one is available after 10 pm, we had to sort it out ourselves somehow. An employee bombarded me with messages and calls while I wasn't on my phone all day... in general, I wouldn't recommend it

We had a nice stay overall. The residential complex is beautiful, the view from the window is great, and the apartment matches the photos. There are just a few small things to improve: the cleaning could be better (we noticed some leftover trash and the bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean), and for a longer stay it would be great to have more basic supplies like toilet paper and some additional kitchen items (e.g. spatula, glasses). Overall, a good experience and a lovely place — just a bit more attention to details would make it perfect.

Very disappointing experience. A day before our stay, we were informed that our original accommodation was no longer available due to “maintenance work.” Instead, we were offered a different apartment that was much smaller than the one we had originally booked. The new accommodation was also in a completely different location, much farther away from the area we had specifically chosen and planned for. The change caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our plans. We booked the original place because of its size and location, and the replacement did not meet those expectations at all. Other than that, the accommodation itself was acceptable and reasonably clean, but it was definitely not what we had booked or expected. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. Of course we got the keys for the replacement apartment one hour before arriving, all in all a ver bad experience.

I really liked the apartment. I love the loft style. It met all my needs. We deliberately booked it away from the hustle and bustle of the central part. Quiet, peaceful residential area. The metro is close, so everything is relatively quickly accessible. It was an excellent base for exploring Milano. I highly recommend it!

We had a good time in Milan! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and is well connected by public transport. We initially had problems with the digital door lock, but customer service was able to help us. Like other people in the reviews, we also had problems with the hot water and, in addition, noise during the day from construction work in the house. In general, you can tell that the apartment and the furnishings are getting old. But nevertheless, it was fine with us.

This place was exceptionally well maintained and likely one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, just as described and quite spacious for three people! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly! On the first night, we encountered a problem with the A/C and water, but they promptly sent a replacement remote for the A/C and showed us how to operate the water. Their response time is really quick, and overall, it's one of the finest customer service experiences I've had. I would certainly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Milan. Just keep in mind that it's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to the property.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and in a good neighborhood. Upon arrival, there was no Internet or hot water. Only after contacting the owner did he provide information on how to turn on the hot water. In general, I recommend it. There are many cafes in the area. The subway station is very close. Perfect place nice house at an understandable price, but a bit of dust on furnitures but overall clean. Very welcoming host and responsive all times. Good location, bus stop in front of apartment, 10 min walk to tram station, street parking a bit unsafe but most people park there.

I have just checked out from the apartments. It has a good location and accessibility. The owner was friendly and communicative. They always were ready to help. But we faced with the water problem. During 3 days it was cold. The owner tried to resolve this problem. At the first glance it was resolved, but in a few hours the problem appeared again. I can recommend these apartments, but you need to be aware about the water issue.

We had a very nice stay, we were 3 people on the floor and it seemed perfect in size, the terrace in the morning is perfect for a breakfast and the building is very quiet and easy to access and find. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location 10 minutes from subway station, convenient. Good restaurant just down the apartment. Responsive host when messaging. BUT Poor insulation in the apartment. noisy building. Hair (not ours) found in different places in the apartment. Dirty towels found in dresser (former tenant?) Over the 4 days, we were unable to benefit from hot water three times. But the problem was solved thanks to the owner. Works not mentioned by the owner on the building facade causing bcp noise No equipment to make small dishes (dish towels, soap,...)

Easy to access apartment. Work is to be expected (cracks on important walls, broken toilet piping) Cleaning is to be taken back, the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There would also be a need for more equipment, namely hand soap, shower gel, air freshener. Poor insulation of the building because you can hear the neighbors.

Great location, Clean stay, responsive host, easy check-in. Super close to the Metro station which is cool. The only complicated problem was with the application has to be filled in the host website (CleanBnb), which i think should be filled by the host himself. Stayed here for 3 nights recently and honestly would book again in a heartbeat. Short walk to supermarket and metro in to central and so on. Lovely apartment it’s self really comfy beds. Neighbors we come across during the visit with a lovely dog were really friendly and helpful!! Hosts also really responsive when asked any questions!!. Only Negative to the trip would probably be the iron not working & the last 2 days we had Construction works using scaffolding right outside our window but everything else was perfect. Will be back!.

It's my second experience with Cleanbnb, and as for the first, everything went great! 😊 Reliable, friendly and helpful host. The apartment is fully matched to the listing: a clean and tidy modern loft with a well-stocked kitchen and a very spacious living space/balcony located within a similar apartment complex and close to a quiet parking lot, with the subway 5 minutes away. Check in and check out are flexible and very comfortable for travelers like me often bound by flight delays, and the host is always very accurate and reliable with constant and responsive communication if necessary. Cleanbnb apartments are for my experience the best solution in Milan as a value for money/accessibility to the city and I hope to return again as soon as I have a chance!! 👍

It was honestly luxury at a very reasonable price! The apartment came equipped with everything. Perfect for workcations or trips with friends and family (easily accommodates 4 people, 5 if someone’s willing to sleep on the couch). It’s a little far from the city centre, and the check in process was very complicated. However, we were lucky enough to have some of our neighbours around who let us in. 4.9 out of 5 - only wish the check in process was easier but once you enter the apartment, it’s worth the struggle.

Imagine that you’re sleeping late on a saturday morning and then some guy comes from nowhere and starts ringing the doorbell multiple times. It was around 8:40 a.m and it was still two hours remaining until check-out for us. Then he started entering the code to open the door by himself. Great security and privacy! He started asking us to give the bed sheets and dirty towels when we were still sleeping. It’s crazy. Also, it was really anoying that there’s something wrong with hot water. You always need to go and fix some buttons to make it work. But besides that this apartment could be really perfect for it’s price. It’s not really far from center because you have M1 nearby and you get spacious and luxury two stories apartment with lot of rooms!

Overall the stay in this apartment was OK but 3 things must be improved: 1- cleanliness of apartment. The cleaning team must be a bit more careful in their task. (The most important of the 3 points I am raising) 2- no replacement sheets or towels available…thanks to the heat in milan we managed this by washing the blankets in the morning so that in the evening they were dry…i guess i should be happy for the high summer temperatures in Milan :). 3- No AC. I have checked now and it seems that Airbnb has now fixed this but when the reservation was done it stated AC available which meant we were surprised at our arrival…in the summer, it is a must for apartments like this, which only have one window, meaning that there will be no draft of air going through the apartment to cool it.

The apartment is a decent size and reasonably well equipped. The neighbourhood is quiet and a short walk from a nearby metro station and right on a bus route, so access to the centre is good. We did have issues with the air conditioning in that it didn’t work at all and we were not warned about this prior to our stay. We did receive a partial refund as compensation when it transpired it would not be fixed until after our stay. The check-in process also didn’t work. There is a telephone number to call to unlock the front gate and this didn’t work. Thankfully another resident came by and let us in the front gate, and once we were in there is a key to get you through the gate, so this wasn’t an issue again. Communication was mostly okay, but they do have multiple WhatsApp numbers to contact ‘for immediate response’ that I tried and there was no response. There was also some basic kitchen items missing: tea towns, dish washer tablets, tea spoons, surface cleaning wipes

I summarize below the terms of my experience, which I consider very unlucky also due to contingencies partly related to the Augustan period (and this can happen), but which I do not consider managed in the best way by the Host (and this should not happen). Accurate to the benefit of future guests that the apartment is in itself very nice and responds to the description, except as much as I specify. We spent two nights without air conditioning in completely precarious conditions, due to the heat and humidity of August, putting at risk the health of my father who in those days had to undergo demanding medical treatments and who should have rested and not dehydrated (things both were impossible due to the weather conditions). Although we reported in time (afternoon of the first day: August 26) the problem, we did not receive feedback until the next day, when we were informed that the air conditioner could not be repaired; at that point we were offered an alternative accommodation, equipped with air conditioning (although located in a different place and further away from the San Raffaele Turro Hospital, where my father had to go for his therapy), but that then it was not accessible, as communicated to us at 7:52 pm on August 27, forcing us to spend a second night without air conditioning. To date (I just checked online) I still haven't received any refund, which I was promised, of any amount. I don't want to dispute the good faith of the other party or exclude that it was carried out, but I don't see it now. In addition to what has already been reported in terms of the absence of air conditioning for the two nights (at the end of August, with beds located in the mezzanine), I would like to reiterate that the alternative accommodation proposed to us, and finally accepted by us, was not available. Also: 1) the apartment was not yet ready when we arrived at 2:30 pm (we had to wait an additional quarter of an hour for them to finish cleaning and then we entered with the floor still wet and sticky); 2) at our entrance the hot water did not work (I had to call an officer to ask him for lights, which was there he could not give me), a problem that after halfanhour I was able to solve in a completely "experimental" way, turning off and turning on the switch of the electrical panel. They are all already submitted to the Cleanbnb counterpart, in the person of Flavia, a friendly person, from whom I still await a response about the outcome of the refund practice, now directly submitted to Airbnb.

The place is amazing. The apartment is nothing short of beautiful. It has a beautiful light during the day, even without direct sun. The spaces are beautiful and really well-livable. Everything is very clean, fabulous walk-in closet, wow shower. And terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. Well-functioning internet, wifi throughout the house and fast. The house is equipped with everything: from cooking utensils, to the washing machine, drying rack, iron. You can easily live there for a long period of time being autonomous. A 10-minute walk away is the metro, red line (the main one in Milan), a 3-minute walk from the average supermarket, and a very large 15/18-minute walk from Esselunga. Check-in is totally self-contained and very fast. There were a few small negative notes: the shower head was not well cleaned, I had to do it to use it as it did not come out enough water. The terrace is a little off, the air conditioner leaks water that stagnates between the tiles. The window is magnificent, but maybe you would need a tent, as the children see everything from the courtyard downstairs. The apartment is missing some instructions: how to use air conditioners, where to dispose of garbage, how to separate the garbage collection. I contacted them, the information was clear but not very fast. I suggest, if you spend your time in the house, to inform yourself well before: many renovations are underway, I spent the period with milling machines, hammers and pneumatic hammers all day, in the apartment upstairs, downstairs and the one in front. Being at work from home (which was reported), it made everything a hell. Reporting the issue was not very courteous. The first response was “we don't know.” Work reported, in the end if you want to manage an apartment you have to know. In the end we agreed for a (small) discount on the stay. Out of 4 air conditioners, 1 worked well. 1 intermittently, the others didn't work. I reported it a couple of days before I finished my stay, but they didn't let me know anything. The apartment is fabulous, it wants to buy it, but maybe it's a little let go, and run by a company that has many, does not put the right "attention" and courtesy with its guests.
