The accommodation was the perfect base for our trip to Milan. The lively Navigli district right in front of you offers numerous options for restaurants, cafés and bars (although they are touristy and probably not the cheapest or most authentic). Milan is generally easy to explore on foot. We were happy that the location was close enough and yet in a quiet area. The apartment had modern furnishings, was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. Only the smart lock makes sense, but it requires a certain affinity for digital technology and requires the internet + a battery (it wasn't a problem for us, but you had to try things out a bit the first time). We were completely satisfied with everything, and I would book it again if I came to Milan again.

I spent three wonderful days in Milan at this accommodation! It is very well located, with well-known bars and restaurants, supermarkets and, of course, tourist attractions within walking distance! Nevertheless, you benefit from a rather quiet location! The apartment is furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned and perfectly suitable for 4 people (there were 3 of us). The only two things that bothered us were, on the one hand, the cleanliness. We found dirt and dust in many places, the coffee machine was full of limescale and coffee residue, and the washing machine also needed a thorough clean. In addition, unfortunately, it was not possible to access the balcony because the roller shutters for the door were defective. We informed the host, and he also asked if he should hire a technician, but it wouldn't have been worth it in terms of time. Maybe that was just a snapshot! Overall, I would recommend the apartment

Everything was great and very nice. All the furniture and so on are very new and have hardly any signs of wear, if any at all. I would recommend the Airbnb to anyone who wants to travel to Milan.

Although checking into the apartment was a bit chaotic (problem with the key, no garage despite it being mentioned in the listing), customer service was very responsive, and I would like to thank them very much for that. The pleasant surprise was the flat: modern, with all the necessary comforts. In short, we had a wonderful stay in Milan. Thank you, Guest Home, for the goodwill gesture following the parking issue.

The location was very good but the apartment was very old and not very well maintained, the air conditioning did not work very well and the coffee maker was dirty. There are no kitchen towels or dish soap, dirty cups.

Very happy stay in Milan. Well located apartment, has parking (highly appreciated for a stay in a big city). Air conditioning is a plus, especially in hot weather. Just be careful because you have to enter a ZTL area requiring the acquisition of a receipt (Monday to Friday), the Milanese site is not very simple to buy your right of way (after buying the ticket, you also have to activate it).

On the up side: great location, walcable to center and Duomo, clean inside, everything as advetlrtised, a little bit complicated way of getting inside (you need Internet access). On the down side: instruction mentioned that the garage key will be inside the apartment, but it wasn't. We had to wait for 1 hour on the paid parking space outside until we got a reply on Wh***App about how to get the car in. So definitely warn the host if you travel by car and learn where the key to the garage actually is, don't rely on "common" instruction. Overall, an OK experience.

The house was as advertised. I had trouble checking in at first but that was my fault. The owner responded immediately. He said not to worry and the problem was resolved quickly. The kitchen had all the basics you could need. We used the washing machine and iron. The only problem was that the doors were very squeaky and there was noise from upstairs. But we didn't mind. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great place near the boats right in front of the water, great price considering that they also have a garage; I would go back because I never parked the car on the street; I would recommend -return response time -clear details on how to get inside, but once it happens, it's all easier -Addressing coffee pods:) After all, I hope to come back

Very good experience, great choice of accommodation with everything being close. Comfortably fits 4 people as we were a group of 4 people and we were all happy. Private parking is also very positive. Very positive the girl we spoke to through the app with all the instructions to get inside. I would definitely go back to me and definitely recommend it to someone who wants to stay in Milan.

Good location for exploring the city on foot, yet quiet. The apartment is a bit outdated, which you unfortunately notice in one place or the other (bedroom door does not close, door from the upper cabinet in the kitchen wobbly). The associated parking space is a great advantage of the apartment, but unfortunately it did not lock. All in all a good place for a short stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights with an 18-month-old baby and a 5-year-old child. The apartment is super well arranged, spacious and super well-equipped, everything was set up when we arrived it was very nice, thank you. Conveniently located apartment, to enjoy all the important places of the city and walks by the canal. All are about 15 minutes away by public transit. The only downside was the comfort of the sofa bed which is not in terms of the services of the apartment. The big plus is cleanliness, we have rarely seen such a clean apartment and with children playing on the floor is really very appreciated!!! Loved our stay at this place and would recommend it without hesitation.

The location was perfect. Dome Cathedral is 10-15 minutes away on foot. All the facilities were available at home, parking was a great convenience, we were able to travel for 1 day without taking the vehicle, if you have a long vehicle, we definitely recommend confirming in advance, our vehicle was a mid SUV model and it was just right. They responded to messages very quickly and were very helpful. It is very close to many bakeries and restaurants. We recommend it.

Excellent accommodation for visiting Milan, a stone's throw from both the cathedral and the Navigli for an aperitif. Check-in and communication with the host were always perfect. Online check-in before access to get tedious entrance codes. Perfect basement parking given the location in the center of Milan. However, be careful not to have a vehicle that is too cumbersome because garage is closed

The apartment is very well located and has a private garage in the adjoining building. It is spacious and comfortable but during our stay we found it very dirty, from the kitchen with dirty cutlery, glasses and dishes, leftovers of food on the counter, ants that ate that food. It had dirty singles that were already to be thrown away, the bathroom with hair, has a small terrace but also dirty floor, tables and chairs with a lot of earth and planters with cigarette butts. It's a shame because the apartment is very nice. I wouldn't recommend or recommend it.

Large apartment with air conditioning. The space was moderately clean (big sticky stains on the floor in the middle of the living room, and generally dirty floor as soon as we took 3 steps, we had black feet). The toilet seat would also deserve to be changed. Otherwise the apartment was in a good location As for the parking lot, a shelf at the back takes up too much space and does not allow a large car to be brought in. (3008 max) We had also rented for 3 adults but a set of sheets for the sofa bed was missing.

Very nice spacious apartment, basic furniture, well equiped kitchen and great location for sightseeing (city centre) and eating and drinking (Canal Grande). The private parking space is priceless and the airco very welcome with temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius.

Nice, simple place very close to Navigli where you can find bars and restaurants with a great vibe and an antique street market on Sundays. The apartment is tidy and comfortable, maybe not with a lot of character, but I would definitely recommend it or return if I was to come to this side of the city. If you’re driving a large car, please note the garage measurements as it is really tight for non European standards.

The apartment is spacious and very well located. Management by the agency is very professional: website for registration and Italian formalities, welcome email with precise instructions for arrival. The apartment was clean and the linen spotless. Small point of vigilance: the garage is provided for a medium-sized vehicle max (Captur II OK, but no more).

Nice place, the entrance is a little complicated if there is no phone service - you have to call and we were without a sim and it took us an hour to get in in the middle of the night. Besides, it's really fun, spacious and luxurious right next to the canals:)

The apartment looked fine, had some defects (broken shower and curtain). The broken shower we immediately reported was recovered from us afterwards (€220) with the burden of proof the photo taken by ourselves. That's outrageous, of course!

The place is exactly as described and in the pictures - it's the perfect Italian home! So close to Navigli (literally 30 second walk and you're at the canal) and you have great views from the balcony. Also really nice touches and features which made it feel like a home vs. a purpose built AirBnb. Would definitely come back if I was in Navigli again!
