Spacious and bright 105sqm apartment located on the basement floor of a building without a lift (steps to access it). The accommodation is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, in an area well served by public transport and much appreciated for the possibility of staying in a quiet area of Milan despite being in the historic centre!
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- LIVING ROOM with two double sofa beds, dining table, two wardrobes, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, clothes hanger, chair and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, ceiling heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
