The location was perfect. However, the walls were stained and dirty. The furniture and kitchen cupboard doors need to be wiped clean more often. The person who cleaned left the mop water behind, so there was a really disgusting smell when you came in. The bathroom and beds were clean and fresh, but the remaining dirt made the apartment not look clean. Needs deeper cleaning more often. The sink in the bathroom was constantly full, so it immediately became disgusting. The accommodation gets about 3/5. I would have recommended it because of the location and because it was nice, with a clean bathroom and bed linen, but due to the smell and the stains on the wall, I can't give it a higher score.

Comfortable studio, next to the metro in a relatively lively area of the city. There was a little noise from the street due to the large window. Difficult access to the property due to the electronic lock that required internet, and there was no signal inside the building. Our stay was satisfactory.

Loaction was good, but noisy. Ac was dripping water and not able to use that. There were not enough toiletries and host refused to provide extra and we need to buy our own. Lock/Unlock app was too slow. Public transport is just outside and it is between the shopping centre. My overall experience is okay.

Ideally located and highly functional apartment in Milan. Fully equipped kitchen, very pleasant bathroom. Very good bedding. Air conditioning was welcome, as the large number of windows let in the heat! Fairly noisy area, with trams passing regularly throughout the day and most of the night...

location and the strong point of the accommodation, on the corner with Corso Bueno Aires and with a wonderful view from the window. A few meters from one of the entrances to the metro porta veneza …. the accommodation fully matches the photos, the bed is excellent as well as the bed linen … overall a great stay …good cleanliness but not excellent until also by the slight normal wear and tear of the accommodation helped a little in this impression ..and I would stay again for sure ….

The surrounding area is very busy, with dining options and markets nearby. It is close to the central station and Porta Venezia metro station, being 3 stops from the Duomo. In the photos the apartment appeared to have a street view, however, it does not. We had a problem with the shower, which wouldn't heat up. We contacted the host and they asked us to turn the switch on and off. That was resolved on the first day. But the next day the same thing happened, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the accommodation was good.

Our stay at this Airbnb was great! The location was great. It was walking distance to some of the more popular tourist attractions in Milan. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only downside that we experienced was that there was construction scaffolding outside of the building that obstructed our view from the apartment. Obviously the host cannot control that, but it would’ve been nice to know in advance. I highly recommend this Airbnb. If you happen to be travelling through Milan I would suggest this place because of the great location. If I am back in Milan, I will certainly consider booking here again.

Our stay was truly enjoyable — the apartment offers excellent value, is ideally located just steps from the metro, and the host was exceptionally kind and attentive. The property comes very close to perfection in terms of what a guest could hope for; a touch more attention to cleanliness would make it absolutely outstanding. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat.

The apartment had every thing we needed for a quick stopover in Milan. It is in walking distance to attractions/train station. We were a little disappointed that there was scaffolding up over the windows, however as we booked last minute I may have missed this in the description. The instructions to find the location and access the apartment were really simple and easy. Overall the apartment was lovely and clean, however under the bed had not been cleaned in quite a while and was absolutely full of dust.

It was a decent stay overall, but there are a couple of reasons why I decided to take off 2 stars. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because of the large windows and beautiful views. Unfortunately, during my stay (early October), scaffolding completely blocked the view. The second reason is the noise level, due to nearby construction and the urban location, it can get quite loud, even at night, which can significantly impact your sleep. I would’ve offset some of these cons if the host had been able to accommodate a few of the requests I made, but since they weren’t met, I decided to deduct 2 stars. That said, the apartment does have many positives. The location is excellent, it’s very convenient to reach all the main tourist spots in Milan. Public transportation is right under the building, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Modern apartment, kitchen fittings lovely with utensils , lighting is lovely , good internet , walkable to shopping stores, neighborhood has a lot of restaurants , 3 mins by car to central station Milan . Taxi some minutes to duomo/ Milan cathedral. if I was to stay again I’ll still pick this apartment . The Host is swift with responses .

The location of the house was very close to the metro. 18 minutes on foot to the central train station. We have provided easy access to everywhere by subway. The house is small and the exterior is not visible from the windows due to the renovation, there is a facade closure. It's a little stuffy. However, the host answered all our questions very quickly and very nicely. He was solution-oriented. We were satisfied with the house. Thank you very much.

Do not miss out on this unit! Honestly one of the best AirBNB units we’ve stayed at. The place matches the photos to a tee, and is super spacious, well appointed and complete with amenities like internet tv (for Youtube and Netflix), toilet & bath with hot/cold water, cooking amenities, laundry, dishwasher. Two A/C’s ensured the place is cooled adequately in the summer, and accessing the unit is all done via mobile phone so elevates the security and ease of check-in. The neighborhood is A+, close to metro and trams, safe, and the immediate main street is a shopping district. It’s also 15-min walk to Milano Centrale so easy access if you are visiting outside Milan. It’s true there’s scaffolding covering the windows, but there’s no privacy issues, and does not detract the value of the unit. Overall, I would stay again and would highly recommend!

It was all renovated and very new, the only downside is that it coincided with our stay that they were renovating the street facade and we could not see anything because of the scaffolding, but it was not a nuisance since we were there 2 nights and we were only there to sleep

Really good location with a lot of stores, parks and cafes close buy. It is also close to the Milano Centrale station. All the necesssary items were present in the appartment. It was very comfortable to get in and out of the house with the link and not carry the keys. The only downside was that the building is getting renovated and the view from the windows is limited because of the building conctructions.

Great apartment, spotless & clear instructions. It was a bit noisy however and there was construction going on which blocked the entirety of the window. The entrance was also on the next street over instead of the one provided. Overall great home highly recommend :)

We love staying in this apartment. It was extremely clean, comfortable and the location is really perfect. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi and microwave, but the host responded quickly to try to help. We would definitely be staying here again!

I had a great time. The apartment is really nice and the location great, perfect for getting around comfortably. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that when I arrived I found the apartment in a mess and not clean, due to a delay with cleaning. Luckily, as soon as I reported the issue, they immediately stepped in to fix everything and also arranged for me to refund the cleaning fee, which I really appreciated. I would go back.

I had a great one-night stay! The room was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and was in a great location. My only issue was checking in late at night and having to find the physical key in a safebox across the building. It was a bit of a hassle with a suitcase in the middle of the street. If the key handover process were different, then it would have been a perfect stay!

The apartment was clean, beautiful and new, just like in the photos. 20 minutes walk from the station. I just had trouble recording my data on their website: I had to try again 9 times and that's why I almost canceled the reservation. It would be more common to simply send the documents and they do the work. I also had doubts about the electronic system to enter the building, but it's normal for those who are already used to it. Other than that, everything is fine. Comfortable apartment.

We had great time in the appartment as location is superbe. Appartment looks like in photo. What I missed was some daily utilities as tea, coffe machine, olive, etc.. It was clean. We had one inconvenience, as appartment faces crowded street, we were woken up at 3AM by workers just infront of our windows, on scaffolding changing the adwertisment on the building facade.

The positive thing about this apartment was its central location. However, my stay was deeply disappointing. As soon as I entered I realized the entire building was covered in scaffolding, completely blocking any view. I initially didn’t care much, tried to overlook it, but the next morning I was woken up at 7:30 by workers shouting right outside my window. They were so close that I felt like they were inside the apartment, making it impossible to open the curtains or window and making me feel incredibly unsafe. When I contacted customer service to leave, the owners refused, claiming they had mentioned the construction—though it was buried in the long description as a vague mention of “possible” noise. This felt intentionally misleading. Since this was the apartment’s only window, I had no natural light and had to stay in a closed noisy space every day. This has made me lose trust in this apartment management company, as they clearly prioritize profit over guest experience.

Its in good location, very new and clean house. Everything was so new and clean that felt like we are using them first time. For entries you need a data plan and some charge left on your phone. Both building entrance and room entrance requires phone. Location is so amazing that you are near to Central station, amazing shops and a street and also 30 min by walk to Duomo Cathedral central. We really liked the place, and it was a lot cheaper than worst options around Milan with this high quality and clean service.

ORRIBLE APPARTMENT: The app to enter the apartment does not work - The assistance is terrible. They do not allow you to talk on the phone but only send text messages - There is NOT HOT WATER - The television does not work - The furniture is of poor quality - The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy - The area is still under construction, not clean at all - The wi-fi password and network are not correct - The apartment is on the road and therefore VERY noisy Stay away from this place.
