- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, A/C split, and access to the garden;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet, and WC;
- FURNISHED PRIVATE GARDEN.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning via splits (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
A reserved parking space is available for guests on-site (Length 5 meters - Width 1,90 - Height 2.05).
PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator. Access to the bedroom is through the bathroom.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Bergamo Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
