The interior space is organized as follows:- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY (access from the living room).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split unit (one split in the living room), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION: there is no split A/C in the bedroom.

We were able to reach the Property easily – the tram is 2 minutes from the Property and the underground is 20 minutes away. When we had problems with the air conditioning, someone came the very next day to fix the problem!👍 We would definitely recommend this Airbnb – we had everything we needed in the apartment and were very satisfied. The only thing was that there were a relatively large number of dead insects in the flat when we first arrived there... However, we quickly removed them. However, the location in Navigli was great, as we could reach a lot of very good restaurants in just 5 minutes on foot.

Good stay overall. The location was easy to find and exceptionally close to everything we wanted to see. Being near Piazza Maggio and Corso San Gottardo made it very convenient,.. Since it was our first time visiting Milan and we needed to strictly minimize walking for family health reasons, while we initially faced some typical challenges finding the right transportation to optimize our itinerary, we quickly realized that the variety of nearby transit options makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The rooms were clean and all the equipment in the stay worked well. Just as a minor note for future guests, you should keep an eye on the water extraction container for the air conditioning,.. Globally, it is highly recommended for a short to mid term stay, especially for couples looking for a well connected base in the Navigli area..,

The house is clean, well equipped, spacious and in a good location, but I don't recommend booking it as the management company, Guesthouse de Milan, provided terrible service when I was unable to access the apartment. They didn't respond to my calls or messages and left me without an access code from 3:00 pm until 5:38 pm. They sent me the access code 2 hours and 38 minutes later than usual, and I had to contact Airbnb support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I was left on the street for almost 3 hours, in 37 degrees in Milan, and suffered a lot of stress. Airbnb was responding to phone calls and messages until just after 4 pm, then communication was interrupted at the critical moment. They offered me a refund and a change of accommodation, but I just wanted to get into the apartment. It wasn't until 5.38 pm that Guesthouse sent the access code, without any explanation or apology. The problems they caused me are unforgivable, so I advise you not to book with the so-called company, GUEST HOUSE Milan.
