A neighborhood very popular with young people and students during the day, in the evening it is quieter and well served by supermarkets.
The space is arranged as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, clothes drying rack and iron.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
