It is located a few steps from City Life (10 min walk), the famous and rich district of Milan, a shopping district, the Palazzo delle Scintille, ArtLine and close to the famous San Siro stadium and Fiera Milanocity district (15 min walk).
The San Siro Clinical Institute is a 5-minute walk away.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with traditional oven, coffee and moka machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle and various kitchen utensils. Dining table, two-seater sofa and TV. AC split.
BEDROOM. Double bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
Corridor with laundry area: washing machine and dryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
