Honestly, it's something spectacular. The price, the convenience, the security, and the beauty and spaciousness of the place make it worth choosing this accommodation. Very close to the historic centre, with access to public transport, a supermarket fifty metres away, the tram two blocks away, and shops, cafés and more in the same area. We'll come back to Milan and we'll rent this apartment again, because it met all expectations with five stars.

This place was a great fit for the listing description. I found it very clean and very well located. The host was welcoming, available and responsive to all our questions. Everything was ready when we arrived and the building is secure, which is a real plus! I particularly liked the location of the accommodation: it is very easy to get to the city centre or even to explore Milan on foot. I highly recommend this listing! It offers excellent value for money.

Nice room, great bathroom. Unfortunately, the power kept going out and had to be switched back on at the fuses. A floor lamp would be very nice as a complement to the bright ceiling light.

We had a great stay in Milan and truly appreciated the hospitality of Nico and the team. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent, and the support during check-in made a big difference, especially after a long trip. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and transportation. There was only a small issue with the stove, as the main power switch would turn off when using the burners, but it did not affect our overall experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Disappointing experience. I had to wait 40 minutes for the host to let me in, and during that time, a neighbour questioned me and verbally attacked me in the building's entrance hall. You cannot use more than two hob rings on the cooker at the same time, as this will overload the circuit and cause the power to go out throughout the flat. There was standing water in the washing machine.

Very nice air BnB did the job for us! Location is perfect if you want to just walk into centre where the Duomo is, just a 20 minute walk. Very nice restaurants nearby, building also very easy to navigate. Great for a long weekend!

Great location of the house. The city center and Milano Centrale can be reached by a single public transport. It is very close to the market and various brand stores. Tourist spots are within walking distance for those who do not want to use public transport. We can say that it is a price performance place.

The apartment was great. It was clean and exactly as listed on the pictures. The location was amazing, close to the city center, airport, the bus/tram stops were 3 minutes away and the grocery store was also close by. I would choose it again next time visiting Milan.

Great place, very quiet and clean. The shower water is surprisingly warm, and the pressure is very good. The heater in the restroom is GREAT. Just one small note: there are extra duvets and blankets but no duvet covers, so maybe bring your own? We ended up not needing them (last week of jan) but yeah.

I booked this flat for my parents who came to visit me in Milan. The place is small, but nice, everything in one room + the bathroom and a small balcony. The area was very nice and it was easy to get to the center.

Had a great stay here for 3 nights. This was mostly a base for us to do day trips but it’s in a good location, walkable to most things & only 10 min taxi ride to linate airport. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby, plenty to choose from within 5-10 mins walk. The apartment itself was very nice & clean & spacious, couldn’t fault it. The host was very responsive to my messages, very friendly & helpful. The only downside I have to say is we were waiting quite a while outside late at night for the host to meet us for check in, however this had been a difficult day due to lots of people arriving late with cancelled trains/flights, ourselves included, so we had to check in much later than originally planned which the host was patient & helpful with by keeping in contact with us throughout the day.

The apartment is very well located. It had stops very close by that, taking tram line 9 and bus number 60, you could get to both the centre and the train station very easily. There are bars and supermarkets near by. We found the apartment to be very good, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a getaway.

Had some issues with the electricity but the host was incredibly responsive and sorted it very quickly. Very clean apartment and in an excellent location. Host is incredibly willing to help and very good at communicating.

A good airbnb for a short stay but I would honestly say it was on the unpersonal side, it was more like an average hotel room, not much of a cozy lightning, comfortable bed or homey feel if that is something that you would be looking for. The door was hard to open from the inside, which was not shown to me during check in, which caused a moment of stress. On the plus side, the apartment had amenities like an elevator, a washing maching, AC and a dishwasher.

Check-in is at 10pm But they contacted me via WhatsApp and sent me a list with check-in prices from 9:30 to 11:00 pm 25 and the later the time, the more the amount I honestly did not check the check-in policy. I arrived at the residence at 9:50 and the host asked me for 25 euros in cash and I gave it to him, but after checking, it turned out that I was not supposed to give them the money And everything is documented in a conversation on WhatsApp The bedding or the cover is not clean. There are stains and I have pictures of that And the electricity can't handle it if you turn on the air split With irons or cookers, electricity is preferred And the water suddenly becomes cold and you can not shower. I contacted the host at 8 am, but he did not respond to me until 3 and a half hours later He tells me to check the tank. I don't recommend anyone to try this house. The experience is very bad

The apartment was great and had all the amenities necessary (except for a bottle opener), the AC was incredible during the heatwave. However, we did have to wait 40mins in the heat for the host to come let us in/check us in. She told us she’d “be there very soon” when we were communicating all day what time we’d be there and she was very late. The bed sheets had many many stains all over them and we checked other sheets in the cabinets and same issue. Other than these two issues, the apartment is great, about 25mins walk to the action.

The apartment is clean and very well located, very close to the Cathedral and easy access to public transport. I was expecting views from the balcony to the outside, and they were to an interior courtyard. But it was compensated by how well located it was. I recommend it, I'd come back again.

Everything was great. The Perfect apartment, a super equipped kitchen and a very good bathroom. The area is ideal for those who go to work, many places close to dinner and very well connected. Instructions for text messages with images and video. Useful interest of the host.

I I usually don’t write feedback, but I really think this booking deserves one. I came to Milan for work. The place was very well positioned and had all what I needed. Also Check-in is very smooth and efficient. I will definitely book again in the future with this place!
