- EN SUITE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC;
- TERRACE reserved for guests;

Guests are kindly informed that the accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). It is possible to reach the apartment by car by registering your license plate with the Municipality of Bergamo.
Alternatively, you can park for a fee (NOT guaranteed) at Parking Fara, via della Fara 3A. From there, you can reach the apartment using an elevator that takes you to Città Alta, or on foot in about 6 minutes.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Bergamo Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
