The property is located in the Città Studi district, just a 7-minute walk from the M1 "Lima" stop (red line) and a 12-minute walk from the "Milano Porta Venezia" train station.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, armchair and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is pull-out), wardrobe, coat rack and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink and WC;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining table with chairs and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses and small table with stools;
- BATHROOM with tub-shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY I (access from the living room) with boiler;
- BALCONY II (access from bedroom II).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with wall radiators, air conditioning via split (2 units), washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Please note that bedroom II is NOT equipped with air conditioning.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 9.30 PM and until 11 PM a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11 PM.

Regarding the photos, the house is much older and had a lot of dust. When we arrived, it was very hot in the house and the problem was that there was only one air conditioning unit for two devices, so neither of them cooled the room enough. One of the rooms doesn't have air conditioning, and that house is a sauna. The fuses kept tripping (which we didn't know about), so the first night we had to shower in cold water without knowing what was going on. In one of the showers, in the smaller bathroom, the shower head was taped on and it was impossible to shower like that. What's more, due to the plumbing issue, from Friday when we arrived until Saturday night, we didn't have a working kitchen or hot water. Obviously, I would never touch an electrical panel in someone else's house, as I assume that everything should be working. The air conditioning in our room (the only one there was) was dripping and the wall was peeling. I wouldn't repeat

The good things: - The location is good, peaceful. It was easy to commute to everywhere using public transport or walking. - The apartment building is very beautiful. - Bunch of amenities in the building - coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Things we did not like: - When we arrived in the middle of the night, we had to wait extra 20-30 min to be able to get in (even though we have communicated when we will arrive multiple times). - There was 3 of us staying in the apartment, but it was ready only for 2 people. The host told us to find duvet covers under the bed - when we opened it, it was a mess - bunch of random items thrown there (e.g. plant pot, some random pieces of materials, etc) and the duvet was down there with it.. Felt reaally unsanitary and unprofessional... - The small room with single bed was super hot as it did not have the air conditioner.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
