The location was central and if you want to go party and go from bar to bar the location is perfect, it is a 5min walk for all the bars in the area, but it is quiet were the apartment is located. The stairs up to the second floor are very steep and small, not the best if you have a large and heavy suitcase. Other than that everything else was very clean, the host was friendly and responded fast. We hand nothing else to complain. :)

Filipa was amazingly responsive, providing all the necessary instructions to independently access the house. The house was very welcoming and cozy, and it had a lovely energy, although in the pictures it looked bigger than what it actually is. We still had a great stay, and strongly recommend this beautiful gem in the heart of Lisbon.

As a regular visitor to Lisboa I always try to stay in this area and this apartment was perfect for what I needed. Within walking distance you’ll find places to have breakfast, coffee, dinner and drinks and the Parc Principe Real is a perfect place to just sit and enjoy the surroundings.

We booked the accommodation for four days. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The accommodation looks much cosier and cleaner in the photos than it really is. The sofa has an old, stained cover. The furniture is clearly worn. The bed was terrible. The mattress is completely worn out, so it feels like you're lying on the floor. There is mould in the grout in the bathroom, and the ventilation system may not be used. Hair in the drains was also clearly visible. The house is very noisy, and the neighbours are not particularly considerate. One evening, there was a party that went on until 2 a.m., so it was impossible to sleep. The stairs in the stairwell are very steep, and one of them is a bit loose, so extreme caution is advised. The neighbourhood is nice, and I would recommend staying there – whether you're a wine drinker or a partygoer – but definitely choose different accommodation!
