ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermostatic valves, air conditioning (split in the kitchen), washing machine, clothes horse, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

It's fine, but only when you don't need the air conditioning. The host is essentially deceiving, unfortunately. He wrote in the ad that there is air conditioning, just for a tick. So that people as naive as me would believe. In fact, the air conditioner is installed on the old electrical wiring. Because of this, it works for no more than an hour when it is hot outside, after which it overheats. I tried to turn it on after that (the fuse did not go down, and I thought it was safe). After that, the air conditioner turned on, the light flickered, and the electricity disappeared throughout the building, for all residents for the next 12 hours! By the way, this happened in the building more than once, not only because of me. In general, when it was 38 degrees outside, I couldn't even open the windows (there are no nets in the room, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in Italy) and slept in such heat without air conditioning. Not to mention that it is in the kitchen and simply "does not reach" the room. It was a terrible vacation in the city I had dreamed of before. I'm so disappointed that I'm speechless.

Accommodation in a good area of Milan, very close to the metro that connects with the Duomo. The apartment is spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the sofa bed did not seem so uncomfortable so you could rest. The check-in instructions to access the place are confusing, since you get some instructions that are not completely correct by mail and by message they communicate with other instructions. Other than that, the place seemed to us very good option

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
