The property is located in the southern area of Milan, a short distance from the Famagosta stop (M2 green line) and the external ring road from which buses 90 and 91 pass which connect the perimeter of the city. Going along viale Meda and then Corso S. Gottardo you can reach the Arco di Porta Ticinese and the Darsena in 20 minutes on foot.
The space
The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single bed (cot), TV and mobile cooler;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, TV, dining table and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bathtub, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in the kitchen and one in the room, a mobile cooler in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
