The property is located in a strategic area, just a few minutes on foot from “Gerusalemme” and “Domodossola” underground stops (line M5 - Lille) and from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with sofa, smart TV and dining table;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, kettle, digital scale and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM with double bed, mirror and walk-in closet;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area), central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), Dyson air purifier, iron and ironing board, drying rack, coat hanger and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
