Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The host communicated well during the stay. The explanations were clear and understandable. She was quick to respond to every question we had. Nicolas, who greeted us at check-in, allowed us to park our car in the garage and gave a detailed explanation of the house. Having a closed garage was important because we were traveling by car. We were comfortable in this respect during our trip. The house was generally clean. In terms of location, although it takes some time to walk, we were able to easily visit the touristic areas.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Always very quick to reply and helpful with information. The apartment was very well located close to Bergamo Centre and in a safe neighborhood with bikes/busses and transport near by. It was clean and well laid out with everything needed and comfortable beds.

Overall the house was ok except the following issues and be aware of hidden costs and any damages you may get blamed after you leave. The Shower was was blocked by previous customers and flooded on first use. it couldn't be used including the toilet till the agent came in using Mr Muscle to try and clear it. Boiler wasn't turned on which took hours to heat no instructions given. only one person can shower per day before it gets cold. fridge didn't cool at all. Be aware after you leave you get charged extra cost because you may have not sorted your rubbish to their detail specifications. Also make sure the agent is there so you identify any minor issues with the house before he leaves so they don't try and blame you for everything afterwards. kitchen equipment verynokd and rusty. Kettle dirty and plastic stuff coming out of it.

One sentence : “How to stay in your own home!” The apartment is located in an ideal location for the proximity of supermarkets a few steps away, for night rest and not far from the center reachable by public transport or own car. Inside the apartment there are all the essential and complete comforts to stay pleasantly in Bergamo. Communication with the manager of the apartment was continuous, precise, kind and familiar. Thank you for wanting a return to Bergamo!!!
