Cozy and bright 70 sqm apartment a few steps from the subway and the tram stop, located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift (there is a short flight of stairs to climb to reach the lift). The property is located near the Isola district, very young and full of services, well served by public transport with the M3 (Marche) metro stops direct to the Duomo and M5 (Istria) direct to City Life - San Siro Stadium a few steps from the house!
The space
The accommodation is equipped with all the main comforts and is perfect for leisure or business stays in Milan, also very close to the Esselunga supermarket located across the street. It consists of an entrance hall, a large living room that can be transformed into a second room, a bathroom with window and a large bedroom. The living room with double sofa bed and single bed is also equipped with wardrobe, TV and split AC. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven and microwave. Bedroom with double bed, desk and sofa, two wardrobes, split AC.

I stayed in this apartment for the second time with two colleagues for a training weekend in the Central area. The apartment is in a great location, well connected, and the metro is just outside the door. The apartment was clean and as described. Check-in is a bit laborious, but once you understand the process, it’s easy. The windows are not very well soundproofed, and as they face the street it can sometimes be a bit noisy, a problem that can be solved with earplugs. The only flaw is the lack of a few small details: we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper, which for three days and three people is a bit too little; there was no kitchen roll or tea towel in the kitchen; the capsule holder for the coffee machine was missing, so we couldn't make coffee. We contacted the host about this latest issue, but at some point they stopped responding. Unsorted rubbish must be thrown away by the concierge; you do not have access to the bins in the basements.

This apartment building gave me a very nostalgic feeling. The elevator, the courtyard, the ceramic tiles in the apartment, the ceiling height, the windows… it was all very impressive. It's very close to the metro, and Milan is already a very easy city in terms of transportation. You can reach the Duomo, Central, and many other places in a very short time. They responded to my messages very quickly and were very helpful. Thank you very much for everything…

The apartment was very comfortable, warm, and very well equipped. We had a very good sleep because of the bed, which is amazing. The location is great because the metro station is just across from the building, and there are bars, shops, and restaurants around. We felt very safe when returning from town late in the evening. The only downside was the smart lock and the system of entering the building and the apartment in general. We had difficulties, but the host sorted it for us. Just prepare yourself for a not-so-convenient way of opening and closing doors unless the host changes the system in the future. Overall, it was a good experience.
