- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- PRIVATE GARDEN with dining table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning via split units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For all late check-ins between 21:00 and 00:00 we require a supplement to be paid cash upon arrival:
EUR 25 for arrivals between 21:30 and 23:00

The Identification Code of Recognition is a code that certifies the security and regularity of this accommodation facility in the Municipality of Bergamo, the Lombardy Region and the Italian State. In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Everything was just like in the photos and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of kitchenware, everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt right at home. The location of the apartment is a great starting point for exploring the city. The bus stop was nearby, and the train station was within walking distance (15 minutes). Communication was flawless, and Federico was always available. I have no complaints.

Frederico has been very helpful and informative throughout our whole trip! Authentic house in brilliant location! Flat was clean and assembled very neatly, Frederico also checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and whether we needed anything additional which was very clear and we had no trouble with anything. Would highly recommend this stay!

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
