In 50 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
The apartment is located in front of the tram 12 stop, directed towards the central areas of Brera, Piazza Duomo and Via Torino and just 300m from the "Milano Villapizzone" railway station, a stop on the Milanese railway link. Very close to the Polytechnic (Milan-Bovisa headquarters).
Possibility of free parking near the house
LIVING AREA. Kitchenette complete with traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table and living area with double sofa bed and TV. AC split. Access to the balcony.
BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and TV. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Iron and ironing board, washing machine.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Great location — very convenient for public transport. You can reach the city center easily, and it’s also simple to travel outside of Milan. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the accommodation. I also appreciated the smooth communication and the host’s availability.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
