You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo!
The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners.
The approximately 25sqm apartment number 213 is located on the second floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge. Please note: you need to go up a flight of stairs from the lift to the accommodation.
It has all the main comforts, boasts a small hallway and a view of a quiet internal courtyard and is organized as follows:
Entrance with small kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, kettle and dining table. Split AC
Bedroom with French size bed and wardrobe. No split AC
Bathroom with small bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink. Attention: maximum ceiling height 175cm
Additional services available: central heating, unlimited wifi.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
