The bed is old and creaky: changing it would cost little (about €100 for a new basic one), but it has not been done. The bedroom is right at the entrance, next to the refrigerator, which makes noise all night; in addition, even when cooking just two things, the smells remain in the house all evening. The air conditioning is in the living room and does not reach the bedroom. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. The bathroom, blind, is still passable. There is no balcony to hang clothes. I don't like the building in general and the stay was disturbed by the work in progress under the house: at 8 in the morning the workers started working and the owner had not warned us nor was it mentioned in the description of the property. The only positive note: the area, very beautiful and well served. The house, on the other hand, deserves 0 stars, while the area deserves 5. I'll never go back

Central location and close to transport (train, bus) with supermarkets and bakery next door. Spacious and tidy apartment, with lift which is very convenient with suitcases. The apartment was clean and well equipped (coffee maker, tea towel, etc.) Communication with Filipa was easy.

The apartment is below expectations and needs an urgent renovation. The bathroom is full of huddled items (which do not appear in the photos) and presents mold problems, especially in the shower area. The furniture in the bedroom is old and gives off an unpleasant odor. The mattress is quite uncomfortable. In the living room, there is no suitable sofa to relax, and the dining table is disproportionate to the size of the apartment, making the environment tighter. In general, the cleaning of the apartment left much to be desired.

The location is great, the apartment is great, has good sheets and towels, a kitchen and a bathroom ( renovated) with everything you need. But in my opinion, it would be positive for them to change the old style of the furniture in the room and the living room, for a more minimalist, clear and functional style.

I highly recommend Filipa's apartment in Estoril. It has everything that you need even for a longer stay, including washing machine and parasol for the beach. It was perfectly cleaned before our arrival. The apartment is very well located, next to the train stations of the trains to Lisbon and Cascais and buses to Sintra. We really enjoyed staying there for almost a week.

My parents were incredibly happy with this beautiful apartment! It has great location, beautiful view, right next to the beach, great neighbourhood, lot's of cafes and restaurants. It was much more spacious than expected! Many people have complained about the small kitchen, but it was absolutely perfect! The only problem I had - was that we were promised to have the keys, as my parents have eye sight problem and using the code was difficulty for them, but we never did. I kept asking and the apartment manager kept promising to find them, but they never did and said that maybe the cleaner lost them. Otherwise everything was perfect! We do recommend to rent it!

The location of the apartment is great - 5 minutes walk to the beach. The large window with a view of the park is a highlight. Kitchen and bathroom top. Unfortunately, the walls to the neighboring apartments are very thin, in the evening it can be difficult to fall asleep. I used earplugs

We did really enjoy our stay. The area is beautiful and the rock pool at the beach is awesome. we were there in march which ment it was very humid. There was a lot of mold in the apartment for this reason. I dont think this is a problem in the summer though... The kitchen was annoyingly small. Doing dishes or cooking a meal was really hard in there. If you really want to cook a lot maybe its not a great fit. there are a lot of good restaurants around. The area is pretty expensive and affordable supermarkets are a little far though. It was a great place to combine city and beach holiday. Very easy to go to Lisbon and Sintra. I think in high season there is a lot of partying. The building is really noise sensitive. I think it is a better fit for people that like to be out and about. for us with a little baby it was not the best I think. we really appreciate the commincation and checkin situation. thank you.

I recommend everyone to spend a vacation on this Airbnb. We had a great time and time flew by. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area close to a park on the beach and a short walk to Estoril station and the casino. In 30 minutes on foot it is easy to get to Cascais instead to Lisbon by train it takes about 45 min. It was easy to access and find this Airbnb, on arrival it was clean and tidy it also had a crib and high chair for our 1.5 year old son. The kitchen has everything you could need for a vacation. The wifi connection is super.

The positive aspects of this apartment (location, key-free access, good aircon, good kitchen and shower-room, comfortable bed, cleanliness, good wi-fi) did not outweigh its negative aspects (curtains not big enough to shield blinding sunlight during the afternoon, no comfortable chair to sit in, heavily retro furniture and decor, giant unneccessary dining table). The loud rock music in the dead of night did not help. 6 out of 10 at most.

The apartment is in an amazing area of estoril, with a location close to public transportation, bars and restaurants. The decor and space of the apartment is impeccable except the kitchen. Nothing that got in the way of my stay and over time I was able to get used to it, but the sink is extremely small to the point of not fitting a meal dish or pot, and this gets in the way of the time of organization and cleaning. The nearest market is around 2 km, otherwise you can find vendors without much option. Anyway they were very happy days, with a wonderful breathtaking beach about a few meters walking. Otherwise, the house is well equipped and comfortable.

We liked our stay at the apartment. Communication with our hostess Filipa was fine. The location is close to a fantastic local bakery (Garrets) where we had several mornings delicious breakfast. The walks from Estoril to Cascais were beautiful and also with the train to Lisbon went fine. In short, highly recommended! Gidie and Felicia Ritzerveld.

The apartment is OK. The location is closed to everything but with a lot of noise from discotheques till 5 o'clock am. Difficult to sleep. The TV and sofa are really small.

Filipa's place is lovely. The decor is great, the location is amazing and the apartment is very comfortable. Steps from the beach, the casino and many amenities. The only issue we experienced was no toilet paper in the apartment so we had to walk to a market after being pretty tired. Other than that, a great stay!

This apartment is very well located, ideal for those who want to enjoy the nightlife and local beach, apartment decorated with very good taste, particularly I really enjoyed the style, all the equipment works, the building has many apartments and low-key neighbors, which ensures privacy, the host explains everything about the area, for me it was essential because it was by car and I was able to park well for a good price, amenities that most accommodations count on hand there with plenty, I value it, for sure it will be on my wishlist.

The apartment is very well located next to the Estoril casino, very convenient to go to Cascais or Lisbon. Apartment not very big but well arranged, perfectly suitable for a couple. The apartment could have been a little better cleaned (but nothing to complain about, far from it!). We were there for 3 days so it suited us perfectly. Filipa is always available and helped us with all questions relating to the different entry codes both in the building and to collect the key to the house. She was very responsive and thanks to her our stay was able to get as smoothly as possible:) Too bad that the door was also difficult to open/close. That and a little more cleanliness I would probably have left 5 stars! Muito Obrigado Filipa!

Host Filipa prepared the apartment very well to welcome me and my wife for two months. Even within special conditions, arising from the pandemic, we felt at home. The location is excellent and access, easy. It has all the amenities to feel comfortable. The cleaning is biweekly and very well done. Communication with the host was smooth, and the few things we needed were taken care of quickly. The price is fair. I recommend hosting.
