Well situated, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the renovated Tamariz beach, ideal for guests who want to enjoy sunbathing, swimming or strolling along the shore.

The bed is old and creaky: changing it would cost little (about €100 for a new basic one), but it has not been done. The bedroom is right at the entrance, next to the refrigerator, which makes noise all night; in addition, even when cooking just two things, the smells remain in the house all evening. The air conditioning is in the living room and does not reach the bedroom. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. The bathroom, blind, is still passable. There is no balcony to hang clothes. I don't like the building in general and the stay was disturbed by the work in progress under the house: at 8 in the morning the workers started working and the owner had not warned us nor was it mentioned in the description of the property. The only positive note: the area, very beautiful and well served. The house, on the other hand, deserves 0 stars, while the area deserves 5. I'll never go back

We spent 6 days in Filipa's apartment, very well located, spacious, airy, sunny and very comfortable! Filipa was very attentive and kind; this choice was well worth it!

Central location and close to transport (train, bus) with supermarkets and bakery next door. Spacious and tidy apartment, with lift which is very convenient with suitcases. The apartment was clean and well equipped (coffee maker, tea towel, etc.) Communication with Filipa was easy.
