The apartment is located in an incredible location, almost unobtainable! You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between the magic of the Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna! Proceeding on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops, in just 15 minutes you will arrive in Piazza Duomo, the icon-symbol of Milan!

- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them
Additional services available: A/C with unique split, central heating, unlimited wifi, balcony.
Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.

The space
Apartment number 510 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge and a lift that reaches the fourth floor. The top floor must therefore necessarily be climb on foot. Beautiful, clean apartment. Excellent location. The sleeping loft is very hot. The staff is not at all friendly. Firm, 3pm check in and 11am checkout. No luggage storage! I definitely knew I was an outsider there. In 30 days nobody ever took a moment to see if everything was ok for me. And when I messaged some guy named Matteo about cleaning he simply said “cleaning is extra.” No info about options or prices. Just a cold response. Unprofessional!

Shower box dimensions 65cm x 65cm; from shower tray to ceiling height 2.20m; in the sink area - floor mirror height about 1.75m The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners. This is a smart accommodation, to be used mainly as a base for the night. In the event of unapproved use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Internal stairs to reach the upper level - For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge is required: * after 9:30 p.m. and until 11:00 p.m., a supplement of 25 euros is required. Silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short lease contract that involves administrative expenses between €50 and €150: the guest will be informed of these expenses at the time of signing the contract. - Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
